**About the Role:** In this role, you will process and fund bank approved SBA 7(a), USDA, 504 and other government guaranteed loans as assigned by the SBA Closing Director. Work with borrowers, production staff and third parties to ensure timely and accurate loan closings. Collect and review documentation, perform borrower, entity, and loan related searches, perfect loan collateral, and ensure proper documentation of loans as specified and approved by the Bank and the requirements that fall within the Standard Operating Procedures of the Small Business Administration and other Government Guaranteed Loan Programs.
+ Identify and collect documentation in support of and as specified within the banks' loan approval. Plan tasks and workflows to meet closing deadlines.
+ Order Flood certifications, IRS Verifications, Site Visit reports CAVIRs, OFACS, UCC Searches and other reports as required. Review insurance documents to ensure proper type and coverage for each transaction.
+ Verify and determine the amount and source of borrower injection funds.
+ Review Purchase and Sale Agreements, Real Estate documents, entity documents of potential borrowers and related entities to ensure compliance with bank and SBA requirements.
+ Prepare lenders instructions and coordinate loan closings with escrow and title companies.
+ Perform loan related searches on individuals, entities, and collateral.
+ Responsible for accurate ordering and generation of Laser Pro and SBA documents.
+ Coordinate closings between borrowers, Bank Associates, Certified Development Companies, and escrow/title companies as necessary. Facilitate loan funding and the subsequent follow up for all post-closing documentation items.
+ Demonstrates compliance with all bank regulations for assigned job function and applies to designated job responsibilities - knowledge may be gained through coursework and on-the-job training. Keeps up to date on regulation changes.
+ Follows all Bank policies and procedures, compliance regulations, and completes all required annual or job-specific training.
+ Maintain a working knowledge of Bank's written policies and procedures regarding Bank Secrecy Act, Regulation CC, Regulation E, Bank Security and other regulations as applicable to this job description.

**About** **You:**
+ H.S. Diploma/GED
+ 4-7 years of SBA closing experience and knowledge of SBA loan program requirements or equivalent work experience, required.
+ Basic knowledge of SBA, Standard Operating Procedures, and USDA requirements.
+ Ability to comply with bank policy and procedures.
+ Experience working with SBA production staff and underwriters.
+ Ability to actively manage 3-5 loan files on an on-going basis, with adherence to bank established Closing Service Level Agreements.
+ Demonstrate a high level of organization, attention to detail, accuracy, and thoroughness, with the ability to multi-task.
+ Knowledge of personal computer and related software packages, including but not limited to, MS Office Word, Excel, and Outlook, and other business machines standard in the industry.
+ Ability to work under pressure and organize own work with guidance from Supervisor.

The pay range for this role is $28.00 - $40.00.

Position Responsibilities
* Perform visual surveillance of tanks to identify abnormalities such as leaks, incorrect levels, and alarms.
* Check the Tru Chem website to determine necessary additives and their quantities for each tank.
* Assess tank levels to confirm the feasibility of adding specified chemicals.
* Determine and wear the appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE) for daily tasks.
* Collaborate with a second person to verify the correct type of chemicals before addition.
* Safely place chemicals in designated locations using a forklift or manually, with assistance as needed.
* Conduct a visual sweep of the work area to ensure no other employees are present during chemical handling.
* Set up safety measures by roping off the tank area and displaying appropriate signage.
* Communicate with operators and loaders prior to adding chemicals to the tank, ensuring control measures are in place.
* Utilize a mixing tank to combine chemicals with a second person before transferring to the process tank.
* Add chemicals to tanks using various methods (pump, computer, forklift, or manual) based on the specific requirements.
* Maintain temperatures and float levels of the tanks as required.
* Monitor and manage shop chemical inventory, reordering as necessary through Chemical Management Services (CMS).
* Lead and provide guidance to lower-graded employees while ensuring compliance with required certifications.
* Clean and maintain the work area post-operations, including equipment breakdown and flushing hoses.
Physical Demands and Potential Hazards:
* Perform physical tasks that include lifting weights ranging from 10-15 lbs to 15-35 lbs.
* Engage in various movements such as reaching, handling, turning, twisting, lifting, lowering, climbing, balancing, bending, kneeling, crouching, and squatting.

Mission:
In addition to ASC Ingot Processing, this operator accomplishes hands-on training of ASC Ingot Processors. This operator also oversees the qualification and certification of ASC Ingot Processors and provides feedback to supervision.
PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES
1. Train and Certify ASC Ingot Processors.
a. Progress new or transfer ASC Ingot Processors through the qualification and certification process. Trains employees on new skills and works with employees to improve performance to satisfactory levels or maintain satisfactory performance.

Job Description
The Healthcare Loan Closer is a lending support role working directly with loans, customer accounts, inquiries, and items directly related to client satisfaction with the U.S. Bank relationship while working under the direction of Healthcare Relationship Managers and the Healthcare Business Development Officer.
Responsibilities include:
* Support sales teams in executing a One Bank strategy and growing market share.
* Retain and deepen client relationships by providing exceptional client experience and support that is knowledgeable, timely and professional.
Basic Qualifications
* Bachelor's degree, or equivalent work experience
* Typically, seven or more years of job-related experience
Preferred Skills/Experience
* Experience working with closing commercial loans for the healthcare industry
* Considerable knowledge of departmental and bank products and services
* Proven customer service and problem resolution skills
* Proficient computer navigation skills using a variety of software packages including nCino, Salesforce, and Microsoft Office applications
* Effective interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills
The role offers a hybrid/flexible schedule, which means there's an in-office expectation of 3 or more days per week and the flexibility to work outside the office location for the other days.

The salary range reflects figures based on the primary location, which is listed first. The actual range for the role may differ based on the location of the role. Pay Range: $28.27 - $37.69
