All drivers that transport materials, machinery, and equipment by operating Commercial Motor Vehicle that is subject to Federal and or State regulations utilizing a truck or tractor (with or without mounted equipment, piggyback forklift, or trailer) with a Gross Vehicle Weight Rating greater than 26,000 pounds shall receive truck driver A rate of pay.
