Job Description Job Summary: Responsible for efficiently managing inbound and outbound orders, this role encompasses various warehouse functions to ensure smooth operations. Duties and Responsibilities: Request and review materials needed for production work orders. Prepare and issue materials based on ERP reports. Report material shortages to Production Data Entry Clerk. Notify discrepancies in production requests to Production Data Entry Clerk. Receive, unload, and store materials. Ensure inventory turnover meets established standards (e.g., one pallet at a time from VMI). Order expense items based on min-max numbers. Arrange delivery of required materials. Coordinate and perform cyclical physical inventories. Check for inventory inaccuracies and discrepancies. Ensure complete issuance of Work Orders. Adhere to schedules, training, operational procedures, and safety protocols. Report building or equipment safety hazards to the Supervisor. Maintain a clean and organized work area. Report any material shortages to maintain an adequate supply.
