A day in the life: What you do This role is responsible for end-to-end inventory controls, reporting, and inventory support for finished case goods. Specific job duties include: Act as primary point of contact for customer and vendor ship contact and BOL receipts and signoffs Verify all incoming shipments to be accurate by comparing the invoice to order and ensuring all goods are in acceptable condition Keep accurate and up-to-date counts of dry goods, ingredients, finished goods, incoming shipments, and outgoing shipments Scheduling and coordination of all inbound and outbound freight Conduct ETA scheduling to assist with production planning Receive and store all incoming inventory Coordinate, stage, and load outbound shipments Coordinate receipt of all inbound material to correct division inventory Manage storage binning and location tracking for finished goods Rotate inventory when necessary, using forklift Assist with inventory counts Assist with pallet consolidation/breakdown Ensure that shipped goods are removed from inventory and current counts are accurate in our company's ERP system Ensure all invoices are handled promptly and goods are shipping and stored properly Receipt and distribution of all inbound parcels/mail to correct recipient Handle all parcel shipping needs Follow the facility's food safety and food quality programs to assure compliance and achieve desired results Qualifications: What you know 3-5 years of manufacturing experience Fork-lift experience is a must Detail oriented with a sharp focus on accuracy Experience with ERP systems and computer applications such as SAP and Microsoft Office Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal; ability to communicate with all levels in organization Self-starter Well-organized Wildpack Values; Who you are Grit - Never give up - never surrender.
