Operate facility forklifts and/or loaders to assist with material movement at the recycling facility and in accordance to all company and OSHA standards regarding safety. Perform daily pre-trip and post-trips inspections and turn paperwork in to the Recycling Facility Manager on a daily basis. Communicate effectively with other facility personnel in regards to various material conditions. Key Responsibilities: • Maintaining a safe work environment by following the guidelines set forth in the company's written safety program, • Maintaining safe tipping floor areas by staying aware of changing traffic conditions and other equipment movement. • Reporting immediately any accident or injuries to the facility supervisor and or the facility manager, after caring for the injured, if required.
