Job SummaryThe Warehouse Operator Level 2 is responsible for, but not limited to, the accurate picking of orders of material for production and packaging. Proper handling and disposal of trash and debris collected in various areas is also a responsibility. Other material handling responsibilities include but are not limited to: loading/unloading trucks, perform receipts of raw materials, repalletize material, support cycle counting, drums containing flammable liquids, gas cylinders, stacks of wooden, plastic, or metal pallets, and formulation tanks.
The operator is expected to be comfortable performing various transactions in the SAP P83 system using both a handheld RF device and PC. The Warehouse Operator II is also required to perform the day-to-day duties of a Warehouse Operator I as business dictates.
This position reports to the Warehouse Supervisor, and maintains contact with Warehouse Group Leader, other Warehouse Operators, and personnel from various other departments during the regular course of duties.

LB&B Associates Inc. has immediate Forklift Operator positions available at the ABC Warehouse in Clayton, NC. Hourly pay rate: $18.00 per hour. Monday through Friday / 2:00 pm - 11:00 pm. Candidate must have a minimum of 2 years forklift driving experience. Must be able to operate pallet jack safely. Ability to pass internal forklift/pallet jack test and assessment. Based on the business needs the individual selected for this position may need to work at the Raleigh or Clayton, N.C. warehouse as needed.
Education: High School Diploma or G.E.D. required.

As a Forklift Operator at Caterpillar, you will:
Locate and move products to storage or the assembly line in a safe timely manner.
Ability to inspect and perform regular maintenance to forklift as necessary.
Use of RF scanning equipment to ensure accuracy of inventory.
Ability to obtain and maintain Forklift Certification through proven operation of equipment.
May rotate to various positions within the Job Function area to perform related activities.
Follows and utilizes CPS principles of 5S, Continuous Improvement Idea Reporting, Waste Elimination, and Standard Work.
May investigate and resolve receiving discrepancies and notify appropriate personnel of results or required actions.
Ability to identify damaged material and report shortages or quality deficiencies.
Identify and correct or report safety hazards in the work area.
Ensures grief and receiving processes and procedures are updated and communicated.
What you will have:
At least 6 months of warehouse operations experience
At least 6 months of stand-up forklift and/or cherry/order picker experience OR a current Caterpillar Sanford forklift license
Physical Requirements (with or without reasonable accommodation):
Must be able to frequently lift and carry boxes weighing up to 35 pounds for intervals of 15-30 minutes
Must be able to work at heights of up to 20 feet from the floor
Must be able to work in an environment with frequently changing temperatures
Must be able to walk, squat and bend over for intervals of 15-30 minutes
Shift Schedules:
1st Shift
Monday - Friday: 6 am - 2 pm
Monday - Thursday: 6 am - 4 pm
Monday - Thursday: 6:30 am - 4:30 pm
2nd Shift
Monday - Friday: 2 pm - 10 pm
Monday - Thursday: 2 pm - 12 am
Monday afternoon - Friday morning: 4 pm - 2 am
3rd Shift
Sunday night - Thursday morning: 10 pm - 6 am
Monday night - Thursday morning: 7:30 pm - 5:30 am
