+ Receive, de-water, blend, and ship product and containers, with associated tasks, to meet daily production requirements.

+ Dewaters, dumps, blends, samples, and draws materials
+ Reads Production Orders, pick lists, and shipping schedules to accurately determine materials required.
+ Records Adage entries through "completion" relative to Production Orders.
+ Records and reports all inventory movements and production usage.
+ Periodically audits inventory to maintain accuracy.
+ Sorts, organizes, and/or palletizes materials and various items to their proper locations throughout the facility.
+ Receives and ships materials physically and electronically.
+ Container tracking
+ Prepares and ships grower containers. Including washing and labeling
+ Distributes drums to growers.
+ Picks up drums of oil from growers.
+ Communicates/Interacts with growers, buyers, and competitors for logistics of oil pickup and delivery
+ Creates Grower Lot/Package numbers and labeling.
+ Samples Grower Lots.
+ Enters data for required Grower Lot information into Adage.
+ Participates in compliance to GMPs, Food Safety and Security, ISO and general safety programs.
+ Operates forklift to move items throughout the facility.
+ Cleans specified equipment and areas to meet established standards.
+ Repairs and maintains building and equipment in line with company policies.
+ Facility site care and upkeep; mowing, weeding, trash cleanup, etc.
+ Accurately receives materials from vendors.
+ Complies with the food safety management system and participates as required to ensure food safety and ISO/Food Safety certification.
+ Performs other duties and assignments as required
**Job Requirements**
+ High school diploma or GED certificate; or 1-3 months related experience; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
+ Basic computer skills with proficiency in Microsoft Office, ability to learn ERP systems (Adage)
+ Ability to obtain forklift operator's license and to safely operate forklifts.
+ Maintain a Drivers license and medical card, being able to drive and navigate a truck on the road
+ Must complete and follow all company-related training
+ Ability to read and comprehend instructions, short correspondence and memos.
+ Ability to present information in one-on-one and small group situations.
+ Ability to do basic math including addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division in all units of measure.

The total compensation package for this position will also include other elements. * Practices good inventory control procedures, records maintenance, receiving, storing and distribution of goods and services.

* Fills incarcerated commissary orders.
* Investigates reported errors with the incarcerated orders and makes corrections when warranted.
* Provides timely delivery of orders to each incarcerated living unit.
* Charges and/or credits incarcerated accounts in TAS for their commissary orders.
* Ensures shipments received are correct and in good condition.
* Ensures outgoing shipments are properly packaged.
Follows established procedures for facility and equipment maintenance, sanitation and product inventory:
* Participates in the maintenance, arrangements, and cleanliness of the warehouse facility and equipment.
* Assists in the planning and effective use of space and equipment.
* Conducts required periodic inventory audits.
Trains incarcerated workers in all aspects of warehouse commissary operations.
* Follows established policies and procedures while training incarcerated workers in the warehouse commissary operations, as well as safe operation of equipment and safe storage practices.

* Maintains custody and control over assigned incarcerated workers as required by DOC and CI policies.

Required Qualifications:
* One (1) year working in a warehouse environment of clerical, or technical, experience in retail clerking, warehousing, stockkeeping, shipping, or receiving and operation of material handling equipment.
* High school graduate or GED equivalent.
Desired Qualifications:
* An AA degree or Vocational Certificate/degree from an accredited college or university whose accreditation is recognized by the US Dept of Education and Council of Higher Education Accreditation.

* Experience training others in the workplace.

Forklift Operator Responsibilities:
Responsible for operating a forklift in the warehouse and production areas of the plant.
Prior to shift start, ensure propane tanks are filled and forklift equipment is properly blown out and all fluids checked.
Grease fittings if needed.
All raw materials are to be stacked in a neat and orderly fashion.
The warehouse is to be swept daily and trash bins emptied when full.
All trucks loaded are to have proper paperwork before being loaded (packing slips and weight ticket). All trucks loaded are to be counted and recounted by another associate and both persons sign off that the proper amount of product has been verified and loaded.
Packaging slips must be attached to all loads and packing slip enclosed.
Load seals must be attached to all trucks by the forklift operator before the truck leaves the dock area. Plywood is to be stacked during the teardown of pods.
When the plywood rack is full, it is to be banded and stacked for later use.
Re Stacks and bags returned to system must be worked on daily and recorded.
Seat belts are to be worn at all times and the lift must be operated at a safe speed.
Junk pallets are to be stacked and put in their proper place until they can be disposed of.
Clean up warehouse at the end of shift.
Responsible for assisting other production areas, as needed.
Move and wrap completed products.
Assist the Shift Leads to start and stop the pellet mills.
Any other duties as assigned.
Forklift Operator Qualifications/Education:
High School diploma or GED preferred.
Prior forklift and production line experience preferred.
Will require good eye, hand and foot coordination.
Must be able to pass the company forklift training.

Operate production equipment; open and close slide gates to start stop flow of grain.
Accurate weighing grain and record in computer system print and sign scale tickets for all unloaded and loaded out grain by truck or rail.

Responsible for keeping charts indicating location and contents of storage tanks and bins.
Complete and accurately monitor grades by weighing grain samples and recording results.
Operate production equipment; start conveyors, bucket elevators select flow pipes, and selects storage tanks to convey grain into storage or for load out.
Prepare rail car for loading; open/close rail car lids using anti-fall harness (safely exit the rail car height: 15-20 feet).
Operate a forklift.
Maintain all equipment including repair, periodic maintenance, and service. Including documenting in web-based maintenance program.
General housekeeping and upkeep of working area to include; sweeping, shoveling, vacuum, compressed air, and sanitation.
Ensure all safety policies and procedures are followed.
