The selected individual will be responsible for but not limited to the following obligations: * Packages finished product in compliance with manufacturing and customer specifications. Makes crates, pallets, and boxes for shipping honeycomb products to customers. * Determines if existing product needs to be palleted or crated. * Uses due date list to select finished products to be packed. * Utilizes sales order and sales order information to determine proper packaging methods. * Verifies that all quantity and dimensions of finished product have been checked and signed-off by production. * Moves material with forklift and uses hand tools, power saws, and air-powered equipment to construct boxes, crates, and pack product. * Orders lumber, cardboard replenishments, and other packing material and work supplies. * Must be able to read and understand routers, job copies, and sales orders. * Inputs and receives information from a computer to log out test pieces, print sales orders and labels. * Ensures that packaging meets customer specifications and expectations. Qualifications: * High School diploma or general education degree (GED) or equivalent. * Minimum of one year experience required preferably in manufacturing. Minimum of 6 months manufacturing experience in the Hexcel Casa Grande facility may substitute in lieu of one year experience.
