Summary:The Warehouse Operator is responsible for performing all BEDGEAR warehousing functions in a safe, professional, and efficient manner, adhering to established processes and procedures. This role ensures exceptional service for both internal and external customers by accurately executing tasks such as unloading, picking, and shipping products with 100% precision. Essential Functions (includes but not limited to): The Warehouse Operator is responsible for performing all BEDGEAR warehousing functions in a safe, professional, and efficient manner, adhering to established processes and procedures. This position requires an intermediate understanding of warehousing best practices, including physical and systematic receiving processes, maintaining appropriate stock levels for production, and accurately picking finished goods orders using warehouse management systems and RF scanners. This role ensures exceptional, uncompromising service for both internal and external customers by executing tasks swiftly, accurately, and professionally. Key Responsibilities: Participate in all warehousing functions while following established safety and operational procedures. Maintain inventory safely and accurately within the warehouse. Accurately pick all order types (B2B and B2C) according to pick tickets, ensuring 100% accuracy. Efficiently floor load finished goods cartons on full truckloads or containers to maximize cubic space. Perform inventory counts at required accuracy levels using current measurement techniques. Ensure production areas maintain appropriate stock levels to prevent workflow disruptions. Move completed work orders from production areas into finished goods inventory. Complete receiving condition reports and validate received SKU and carton counts. Assist in manual unloading and processing of inbound containers containing raw materials and finished goods.
