The following position is responsible for the grinding process in the manufacturing cycle. The work assigned is based upon the individual's training, experience, and ability. The roll grinder is expected to perform the requirements of the job per the Standard Operating Procedures and specific job Instructions recorded on the job router. This includes adjustment for taper, TIR, roller surface finish, and finish dimensions.
