POSITION OVERVIEW
• Safely and efficiently operate various types of equipment, such as the Raymond Reach Truck, Raymond Pacer Truck, Order Picker and/or Sit-Down Lift.

Your Role at KIK
In this role you'll play a crucial role in ensuring the materials and products are received, allocated, stored and documented to standards. This is a 2nd Shift position operating during the hours of 4:00pm-2:30am. Responsibilities include operating Forklifts and material handling equipment with a focus on safety and quality. What You'll Be Doing
· Perform any of the following activities at various levels of speed as directed by the Team Leader:
· Safely Operate Forklift and material handling equipment.
· Perform inventory functions including but not exclusive to: Cycle counts, physical inventory, product checks.
· Load and receive materials from trailers.
· Load, store, move materials in and out of racking
· Perform loading documentation process in accordance with Hazmat rules
· Operate and use plant's warehouse management system/RFID
· Perform packing/quality checks and documentation as required
· Hand stack palletized product as necessary to ensure the smooth operation of the facility
· Be responsible for the final quality of every unit that is placed into a customer's shipper. If unsure of the quality standard required, there is a responsibility to check with the Team Leader before packing questionable product.
· Be responsible for the safety and housekeeping in the immediate work area. Help to clean and report any unsafe conditions to your Team Leader or Supervisor.
· Participate in Continuous Improvement activities.
· Comply with Good Manufacturing Practices, Standard Operating Procedures, Safety Standards, and follow all plant policies and procedures.

What You'll Bring

Mill Operator
As Mill Operator you will have the opportunity to set up and operate a variety of milling machines to mill flat or curved surfaces on metal work pieces such as machine, tool or die parts.
4-day work week! Monday - Thursday 10-hour day shifts
HVAC climate-controlled environment
Responsibilities include:
Set up, operate and maintain Hardinge and other milling machines
Read and interpret blueprints or lay out on work piece to determine sequence of operations and finished dimensions of work piece
Select feed rate, cutting speed, depth of cut and milling cutter
Initiate program, start machine and monitor machine during operation
Monitor tool wear and changes tooling as required
Compute indexing ratios and set up and operate dividing head to index work piece for such operations as milling helical cuts
Mount different tool in place of cutter and perform other operations such as drilling and boring
Operate peripheral machinery as needed to complete machining processes
Perform secondary operation on parts, such as cleaning and sanding
Measure and visually inspect finished parts for compliance with drawings and to ensure that parts are satisfactory in every respect before placing on outbound trays
Qualifications include:
Strong math skills - able to calculate figures and apply concepts of basic algebra and geometry
Knowledge of Mills programming software (Fanuc controller experienced preferred)
3+ years machining experience
4+ axis machine experience preferred
High level of attention to detail
Good problem-solving skills
Mechanically inclined
Specific visual abilities include close vision, color, depth perception and ability to adjust focus
Good manual dexterity
Ability to sit or stand for long periods of time
Ability to lift and move 25 pounds multiple times throughout shift
High school diploma or GED, technical degree a plus
