Operation Specialists (AVOs) will help to support the operations and development of software and hardware on our Autonomous Yard Trucks (AYTs) and launch this technology in our customers' yards. You will be responsible for real-time monitoring of all systems onboard and offboard the vehicle while providing clear and concise feedback and reporting.
Responsibilities
* Monitor and support Autonomous Yard Trucks in real-time during operations
* Provide troubleshooting technical support for any HW or SW issues that occur on prototype vehicles
* Review log data of system failures and disengagements of autonomy system
* Isolate, track, document, and triage issues systematically
* Update knowledge base and diagnostic trees to maximize troubleshooting efficiency
* Interact with our customers as an ambassador for ISEE's technology
Qualifications
* At least 21 years of age and at least 5 years of driving experience
* The ability to operate independently with little or no supervision
* Excellent written and verbal communication
* Technical acumen and familiarity with Linux, Google Suite, Jira, Slack, and Git are preferred
* Strong technical aptitude and ability to quickly learn new software and processes
* Proven interest and technical capability to work with modern automotive systems
* Experience in a professional work environment where safety, honesty, procedure, and/or software testing is emphasized
* Detail-oriented mindset with a focus on safety and procedure
* Ability to work in close quarters in a professional manner for extended periods of time
* Must have a valid U. S. driver's license and clean driving history, validated by a regular MVR check

This position is cross trained to perform all of the following job steps in the paint process. Employees rotate through the job steps. Set the proper hooks on the overhead chain to support the product as it goes through the paint process. Load product onto the overhead hooks in an appropriate fashion to maximize paint coverage. Oversee the actual powder paint booth process and touch up with hand held powder guns at the end of the paint booth. Attach correct hardware packages to painted product. Unload product from the overhead hooks and place on or in appropriate racks or bins. Assemble products as they come off the line when needed and touch-up any areas of the painted product that did not get enough paint coverage.
Job Tasks:
Select appropriate hooks for upcoming product and space the hooks on the line in a manner that maximizes quality of the product and safety of all co-workers. Observe and adjust loaded product to maximize paint coverage and quality while maximizing the amount of product loaded on each set of hooks in a safe manner. Examine the product throughout the process to ensure it meets quality specifications. Ensure paint booth is operating properly and adjust as needed. Adjust hand held guns for additional powder paint coverage as needed. Attach hardware packages in the approved manner for each product to ensure packages stay attached through the delivery process. Unload painted product paying particular attention to product quality before releasing to the Shipping Department. Touch up any areas of the painted product that does not have enough paint coverage with rattle can spray paint. Perform any required assembly to the product. Area housekeeping and some maintenance is the responsibility of all employees in this area. Employees in the paint booth or surrounding areas are responsible for the maintenance of the paint booth and color changes with the paint booth.
Required Knowledge:
Knowledge of the quality standards and expectations for each product. Knowledge of how to safely do each job step in this area. Knowledge of staggering of product and how many of each product to load on each set of hooks. Complete knowledge of running the powder paint booth including how to do a color change and manual adjustments to make when needed. Knowledge of correct hardware packages for product requiring packages. Knowledge of correct assembly processes when assembly is required. Knowledge of proper touch up techniques for various products.
Abilities Required:
The ability to work toward continuous improvement of product quality and ISO 9001-2008. The ability to work well with others. The ability to quickly and repeatedly adjust product positioning for loading, unloading, hardware package attachment, touch-up and assembly purposes. The ability to monitor and adjust controls in the paint booth including turning valves and adjust controls to regulate the flow of the powder paint. Good vision is required to ensure quality and safety requirements are being upheld. Contact lenses are not allowed in this area, if corrective lenses are required must be able to wear prescription safety glasses. The ability to quickly move your hand, your hand together with your arm, or your two hands to grasp, manipulate, or assemble product. Continuous gripping and grasping in all positions. Ability to lift approximately 60 pounds 70% of the time. Team lifting on heavier products up to 200 pounds 10% of the time. The remaining 20% of the time will be spent lifting products less than 60 pounds. The product ranges in length from 3 foot gates to 20 foot gates. Team lifting is used on any gates longer than 5 feet. Must be able to lift while twisting, bending, stooping, squatting or crouching, etc. The lifting may be started and ended in any level between the knees and the shoulder. All the products has multiple hand hold spots allowing alternative holding positions to make it easier for different heights, physical abilities, etc. Static Strength - the ability to exert maximum muscle force to lift, push, pull, or carry objects. Multilimb Coordination - the ability to coordinate two or more limbs (for example, two arms, two legs, or one leg and one arm) while sitting, standing, stooping, crouching, etc. Crouching in a deep knee bend is required for some assembly, hardware package attachment, and touch-up. Lifting below the knee level is done as a team. Ability to lift from either end of the product as described above is required for cross-training purposes. Standing is required at all times, must have ability to stand on cement for the entire shift. Full range of motion is required to safely perform the job duties in this area.

This role supports the production of high-precision components used across military, aerospace, and commercial applications. The TSC Operator ensures materials are prepared correctly, equipment is operated safely, and finished parts meet ECS's performance and durability expectations.
Key Responsibilities
Operate thermo-stamping machines, presses, and related equipment in accordance with work instructions and safety procedures.
Prepare composite materials, tooling, and lay-ups required for production.
Monitor machine settings, temperatures, pressure cycles, and run times to ensure accurate part forming.
Inspect parts for defects, dimensional accuracy, and quality compliance; flag any nonconformance.
Perform routine machine checks, clean molds, and support basic maintenance tasks.
Record production data, cycle counts, scrap, and material usage in XA or other tracking systems.
Follow job travelers, routers, and all production documentation with accuracy.
Work with supervisors, QC, and other departments to resolve production issues.
Maintain a clean and organized work area following 5S principles.
Support continuous improvements in safety, throughput, and material efficiency.
Requirements

Position Purpose:
The Operator I operates and maintains sludge, dewatering treatment, processing, disposal and testing equipment in refinery/industrial facility to purify water to meet customer specifications.
Primary Duties/Responsibilities:
* Must consistently demonstrate the ability to learn and independently operate assigned machines and equipment meeting or exceeding processing and quality targets.

Operates and drives gasoline, liquefied gas, or electric-powered industrial truck equipped with lifting devices, such as forklift, boom, scoop, lift beam and swivel-hook, fork-grapple, clamps, elevating platform, or trailer hitch, to push, pull, lift, stack, tier, or move products, equipment, or materials in warehouse, storage yard, or factory. Moves levers and presses pedals to drive truck and control movement of lifting apparatus. Positions forks, lifting platform, or other lifting device under, over, or around loaded pallets, skids, boxes, products, or materials, or hooks tow trucks to trailer hitch, and transports load to designated area.
Forklift Operator Responsibilities:
Responsible for operating a forklift in the warehouse and production areas of the plant.
Prior to shift start, ensure propane tanks are filled and forklift equipment is properly blown out and all fluids checked.
Grease fittings if needed.
All raw materials are to be stacked in a neat and orderly fashion.
The warehouse is to be swept daily and trash bins emptied when full.
All trucks loaded are to have proper paperwork before being loaded (packing slips and weight ticket). All trucks loaded are to be counted and recounted by another associate and both persons sign off that the proper amount of product has been verified and loaded.
Packaging slips must be attached to all loads and packing slip enclosed.
Load seals must be attached to all trucks by the forklift operator before the truck leaves the dock area. Plywood is to be stacked during the teardown of pods.
When the plywood rack is full, it is to be banded and stacked for later use.
Re Stacks and bags returned to system must be worked on daily and recorded.
Seat belts are to be worn at all times and the lift must be operated at a safe speed.
Junk pallets are to be stacked and put in their proper place until they can be disposed of.
Clean up warehouse at the end of shift.
Responsible for assisting other production areas, as needed.
Move and wrap completed products.
Assist the Shift Leads to start and stop the pellet mills.
Any other duties as assigned.
Forklift Operator Qualifications/Education:
High School diploma or GED preferred.
Prior forklift and production line experience preferred.
Will require good eye, hand and foot coordination.
Must be able to pass the company forklift training.

Job Purpose: This position is responsible for processing, loading, unloading, receiving and inspecting commodities such as corn, ethanol and distiller's grain in an efficient and productive manner.
The following is a list of major duties and responsibilities for this position along with certain supportive duties. It is not all-inclusive. Other duties and responsibilities may be added as needed and in addition; and, management may modify this job description as needed.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
• Moves materials and products with the use of industrial equipment which typically includes front-end loader, telehandler, and skid steer equipment.
• Receives, inspects and records incoming commodities and other raw materials (grain, ethanol, etc.); and directs it to its designated location.
• Loads trucks, railcars, and/or barges without-going bulk products including ethanol, syrup, grain, etc.
• Adjusts the grain equipment to adapt to variances in grain; makes minor adjustments to the equipment settings to ensure the product produced meets quality and quantity standards and expectations.
• Monitors the quality of the product to ensure the product meets industry/company standards; reports and sets aside defective product.
• Assists maintenance department by inspecting and servicing equipment to ensure that the equipment is performing at peak efficiency at all times;
• Assists operations department as needed.
• Monitors vendor truck drivers on site and trains new truck drivers in unloading and loading procedures.
• Transfers products within tank farm.
• Records daily production activities and verifies production; maintains adequate records of production volume, down-time, and equipment breakdowns.
• Identifies and recommends opportunities to improve productivity levels and service methods in order to maximize overall quality and productivity.
• Complies with state, and federal laws, policies, and regulations, and adheres to quality assurance programs and safety standards.
• Adheres to safety programs to promote a safe environment and to minimize safety hazards/injuries.
• Attends informational meetings and work-related training to keep abreast of any new policies and/or procedures or company developments/initiatives.
• Cleans up work area; picks-up cardboard, plastic and other debris that is lying around.
• Performs miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned.
Education, Experience and Qualifications:
• High school diploma or equivalency
• Experience working in a manufacturing/production environment
• Proficiency operating industrial equipment such as forklift, front-end loader, telehandler, and skid steer equipment.

Responsibilities
The primary duties and responsibilities of the Packer Handler consist of, but are not limited to, the following:
Maintain a safe, clean and organized work area
Inspect product to ensure quality. Set aside product that is below quality standards. Work closely with Team Leader and alert Mold Tech and Supervisor of any quality issues or reject conditions. Watch molds for irregularities or sticking. Timely response to quality issues is key to this position.
Complete assembly of product by installing gaskets in lids and handles in containers as required while keeping up with the production machines cycles.
Flame containers and lids when required.
Stack and pack product per instructions that vary with different customers and orders
Prepare proper product identification and/or packaging labels
Assist with material handling and other tasks as needed
When the machine experiences an interruption in production, the Packer Handler will take this available time to clean up oil, sweep, mop, make boxes or other tasks that may be assigned by the Team Leader or Supervisor.
Accurately complete any required paperwork
Miscellaneous duties as assigned
Qualifications

Previous production experience a plus but not required
Must be able to keep-up with the fast-paced production cycles.
Position requires agility and consistent attention to detail
Able to tolerate constant repetition.
