Description The Logistics Coordinator oversees inventory and coordinates shipping procedures along with ensuring that all company products are moved from the storage area to the retail point in a safe and timely manner. Showroom Responsibilities: Supervise the receiving, scanning, and processing of incoming samples; assign and maintain inventory locations while ensuring accurate tracking within SAP and the current WMS system. Execute and monitor inventory transactions in SAP, including giftings, loan-outs, loan returns, and spot checks to ensure full product accountability in partnership with regional and HQ Marketing, Wholesale, and Logistics teams. Supervise and fulfill sample distribution needs across all departments, including packing, domestic and international shipping, and ongoing communication with carrier vendors. Maintain all import & export documentation related to samples and Out-of-Season (OOS) catalogues. Review freight invoices and advise internal teams on the most cost-effective and deadline-driven shipping solutions. Prepare, re-ticket, pack, and transfer samples to the warehouse aftermarket (EOS) and support preparation for sample sales. Collaborate with order management team on sample order entry four times a year for several teams. Monitor sample orders and production status to properly update teams on orders and ensure timely delivery for brand activities. Supervise to ensure all showrooms are supplied with Ferragamo packaging and office supplies needed for daily activities. Prepare required customs documentation and coordinate the packing and transfer of samples to the Italian warehouse and Milan showroom. Support Finance with inventory reconciliations for sample locations, including open inbound deliveries and physical inventory discrepancies. Plan and execute an accurate annual physical stock take for the sample showrooms. Warehouse Responsibilities: Assist with warehouse inventory reconciliation as needed along with supporting warehouse inventory annual stock take. Manage and support warehouse projects requiring a high level of organization, detail, and coordination with warehouse operations and other corporate teams. Work in partnership with the Traffic Manager and AR/AP teams on chargeback file maintenance and mitigation on reported shortages. Lead in partnership with local domestic and HQ, Italy logistics teams on the implementation of internal distribution changes to comply with wholesale client routing guides. Qualifications Minimum of 2 years in logistics, supply chain, warehouse operations, or distribution, preferably within retail, fashion, or luxury goods.
