Maintain project files and manage select customer accounts as needed. Assist in troubleshooting and resolving technical issues related to switchgear. Monitor industry trends and advancements in switchgear technology to enhance solutions. Other responsibilities as assigned by management. Requirements: 2-3 years of experience quoting complex switchgear packages for an electrical distributor, switchgear manufacturer, or panel shop. Minimum of 5 years of experience in the commercial/industrial switchgear field, preferably with a switchgear manufacturer. Strong mechanical aptitude and technical understanding of switchgear products and applications. Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and schematics. Excellent problem-solving, organizational, and communication skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with Epicor Eclipse is a plus. High school diploma or GED required. Physical Requirements: Ability to lift and move up to 40 lbs. Regularly work around moving mechanical parts and in warehouse environments with variable climate conditions, including heat and humidity. Tolerance for noise levels that may be loud at times.
