We are seeking an Assistant Operating Director (AOD), a key leadership role and the Operating Director's second-in-command. This position leads in-office operations, scheduling oversight, staff support and development, client care quality, and communication with Home Base. Office Leadership & Operations
Serve as the OD's primary in-office partner, helping drive daily operations and maintain a strong, cohesive work environment.
Lead, coach, and support in-office staff; reinforce Cornerstone's standards, values, and culture.
Onboard and train new office managers, ensuring clarity, confidence, and consistent performance.
Conduct weekly 1:1 check-ins, performance reviews, coaching, and disciplinary action when needed.
Share on-call rotation with office leadership.
Oversee administrative workflow and follow-through, including payroll notes, shift verification, and operations updates.
Maintain accurate documentation in alignment with Cornerstone policies and state requirements.
Assist with recruiting, onboarding steps, and staff oversight to support office growth.
Client Care & Quality Assurance
Oversee scheduling operations to ensure timely coverage and an excellent client experience.
Respond to client escalations with urgency, professionalism, and empathy.
Conduct check-up calls, quality visits, and client follow-ups to ensure satisfaction and care continuity.
Ensure state-required supervisory visits are completed (as applicable).
Serve as a backup for client assessments when the Operating Director is unavailable.
Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree preferred but not required, high school diploma or equivalent required.
2+ years of experience in management, leadership operations, or human resources.
Experience hiring, recruiting, training, scheduling, and supervising staff.
Leadership experience within the healthcare or home care industry.
Ability to work autonomously in a fast-paced environment.
Comfort managing multiple priorities and shifting needs throughout the day.

GENERAL PURPOSE:
The Retail Associate is responsible for ensuring our Customers have a positive shopping experience. The Service Coordinator III will focus on person-centered care planning and will review member's services and supports needs, all assure timely community-based Long-Term Services and Supports (LTSS) to prevent, delay, or reduce the progression of chronic conditions and the need for institutionalization and to maintain the member safely in the community. Participate in long-range planning of services and/or programs offered by DCHP.
2. This position shall be responsible for the following aspects of the program:
Provides service coordination within the Health Homes and links Members to assigned service coordinator as required
Coordinates care and efficient utilization of health care resources for patients identified in the STAR Kids program through communication with other members of the health care team, including physician offices, social workers, nurses, and other multidisciplinary team members as appropriate to obtain optimal outcomes for members.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Adheres to a strict code of confidentiality and ethics as set forth by the State Board for the Evaluation of Interpreters (BEI). Assists in upholding and enforcing school rules, administration regulations and state board policy. Interprets instruction and classroom/school discussions for students using sign language. Assists in the delivery of instruction by using a variety of techniques such as lecture, discussion and supervised role-playing. Attends support and mainstream classes with the students as an interpreter, as needed. Assists students, individually or in groups, with instructional assignments to reinforce learning concepts. Assists with the planning and preparation for instruction by acquiring appropriate materials and equipment. Assists in the supervision of the students, both inside and outside the classroom. Keeps the teacher informed of any special needs or problems of individual students.
Assists in maintaining a neat and orderly classroom. Maintains up to date reports required by the Texas Education Agency and the Central Office and assists in the typing thereof. Interprets at in-service training programs for faculty/staff and at meetings and special events, as needed for the District. Maintains a regular filing system as directed by the principal; keeps filing system neat, orderly and up-to-date for quick retrieval of information. Prepares materials for distribution to staff members as instructed by the principal; prepares materials to be distributed with ample time. Provides orientation and assistance to substitute teachers. (entry-level available) in the Rio Grande Valley Area.The candidate will be responsible for testing and inspecting a variety of construction materials such as soils, concrete, and pile monitoring. The ideal candidate will be ACI or NICET certified. Training will be provided as needed.
Pay Rate: Base on experience
Duties and Responsibilities:
Responsible for conducting field or laboratory testing, sampling, and/or inspection services.
Contact the dispatcher/ coordinator for priorities and deadlines in both field and laboratory.
Meet with contractors' supervisors, engineers/architect representatives, or other project leaders on job sites to discuss and coordinate testing, sampling, or inspection of construction materials or construction procedures.
Ensure the safe, storage, and upkeep of all nuclear gauges.
Ensure the safe operation and maintenance of each company vehicle, field, and laboratory equipment.
Every day, communicate with onsite clients and relay any information to the supervisor as per delay or progress.
Daily basis, submit accurate and complete testing/ inspection reports.
