Move strip loads and scrap loads. Operate machines and hand tools, hand and power trucks. Use the following inspection and test gear: board gauge, rule, patterns and stop watch (to time production speed). Full responsibility for set-ups and/or work preparation. Seek coordinator's help under unusual circumstances. Responsible for product quality. (Set-ups are checked by others.) Record and report times and material produced. Record and report production and/or equipment problems. May answer questions in stacking and packing procedures. Report personnel inadequacies. Participate in cross-training. Practices and promotes safe work practices. Report unsafe working practices. Maintains a satisfactory productivity rating. Proactively helps to create and work within a team-based environment and practices effective communication skills. Trains other team members and retain and apply job knowledge.
