Primary Responsibilities
Load correct programs into computer for setup and running.
Set up equipment to standard for each individual pattern being processed.
Monitor parts in process and verify meets requirements.
Adjust during runs to keep parts within specifications.
Make detailed checks and adjustments to within thousandths of an inch.
Ability to read calipers, micrometers, Ohme and resistance meters.
Qualifications
Willing to work overtime as needed.
95% of time standing with some walking.
Frequent lifting up to 50LBS.

Our team is currently seeking a Setup / Operate Poly Pro Pipe MachineOperator based in Huntsville, Alabama. This is a 1st Shift position. Our 1st shift hours are typically 6:00AM - 2:30PM Monday through Friday with daily and Saturday overtime scheduled as needed

What You Will Do:

Set up and operate the PolyPro machine. Properly identity what part should be manufactured, remove current tooling and install correct tooling for new diameter in a timely manner. Run parts to proper specifications while performing quality checks. Set up and operate CNC router and drilling machine as well as mirror plate welding (plastic weld)
How You Will Do It:
Sets up and operates the PolyPro pipe forming machine ensuring the heating and cooling temperatures are correct. Ensuring we are meeting quality specifications including, but not limited to proper forming, cutting, drilling, chamfer, and length
Set up and operate CNC router and drilling machine. Basic computer skills to operate and program CNC Router.
Set up and operates Mirror Plate welding system (plastic weld)

CGR Products has an immediate opening for a MachineOperator. CGR Products transforms raw materials into high-quality gaskets, seals, rings, and other engineered parts. We use a variety of cutting and fabricating capabilities to supply OEM customers in multiple markets. As a MachineOperator, you will:
Safely operate one or more of our cutting, forming or fabricating machines.
Ensure the work product meets the quality standard.
Work with a team of operators ensuring that orders are completed on-time and to spec.
The ideal candidate will:
Have experience working in a manufacturing environment.
Have a strong attention to detail.
Have a demonstrated track record of working well on teams.
Be able to lift up to 50 pounds.
