Key Responsibilities
Review work orders and production documentation.

JOB MISSION:
New Balance's Machine Operator I position performs a variety of machine operations in our shoe manufacturing process. Work is performed in a team environment - focused on safety, quality and productivity standards towards meeting customer demands.
MAJOR ACCOUNTABILITIES:
* Performs work according to established procedures and processes - executes tasks to the materials and parts of the shoe utilizing various tools and machinery.

Pay Range for Produce Machine Operator
The Produce Machine Operator base pay range $17.75 USD + shift differential/hourly. The listed salary range represents Kettle Cuisine's good faith estimate for this position and represents the minimum and maximum for new hire salaries for the Lynn, MA location only. Ranges will be reviewed on a regular basis. An employee's rate of pay within the range is determined by their qualifications, relevant experience, and demonstrated performance over time.
