Shifts available on both 1st shift and 2nd shift. What You'll Do: Set up and operate advanced CNC equipment, including mills, lathes, EDM, and grinders. Machine complex, tight-tolerance components for Space, Aerospace, and Medical markets. Perform first-piece and in-process inspections using precision hand tools and CMM feedback. Collaborate with a skilled, tight-knit team to transition new products into production. Troubleshoot and solve real-time shop floor challenges. Continuously contribute ideas to improve quality, efficiency, and manufacturability. What We're Looking For 5+ years of CNC machining experience, including 4- or 5-axis machines. Strong experience developing processes for complex geometries and tight tolerances. Must be able to read and understand blueprints and engineering drawings. Comfortable working with heavy GD&T. Ability to work independently while contributing to a team-driven culture. Pride in craftsmanship and attention to detail. High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
