About the Position
* Coordinate and direct Sierra Pacific electricians performing work on medium and high voltage systems
* Work with electrical engineers to coordinate testing protective relay settings
* Work on the implementation of preventative maintenance programs company-wide
* Identify and implement process improvements for optimal performance and production
* Effectively troubleshoot medium and high voltage systems, as well as ethernet and communication networks
* Coordinate emergency repairs of medium voltage systems for quick resolution
* Coordinate installation projects and repairs for best outcomes
* Actively manage time and changing priorities under demanding circumstances
* Commission, program, and troubleshoot VFDs
* Install, disconnect, troubleshoot, and repair power distribution systems and electrical motors
* Some overnight travel to operating divisions in California, Oregon, and Washington
Qualifications
* 2-year or higher technical degree in a relevant field or Journeyman Electrician Certification, with 2 years of related field experience
* Minimum 4 years industrial electrical experience with verifiable proficiency in listed duties may be considered, absent technical degree/certification
* Understand complex networks, including PLCs, to construct, operate and control power distribution equipment
* Demonstrated ability to coordinate crew and projects for quality and on-time results

Overview: Provide scheduled preventative maintenance and emergency maintenance/repairs to the Company's equipment. The Service Technician will build positive relationships with customers and store management. The Service Technician will provide timely communication when the company requires emergency maintenance/repairs. The Service Technician will communicate with the company while on site during assignments and after each visit.
Responsibilities/Duties: As a Service Technician for National Water Services (the Company), the Employee's main duties will include, but are not limited to:
Service Technician will maintain good workmanship practices.
Service Technician will assure that the FreshPure dispensing cabinet area and backroom processing area are dry, tidy and clean upon departure.
Service Technician will provide preventative maintenance: Changing filters, UV lamps, batteries, tanks, upgrading equipment.
Service Technician will provide Troubleshooting: Reading and reporting pressure gauges and flow meters, detecting leaks, using a multi-meter, performing water sample tests such as TDS and pH.
Service Technician will make repairs: stop leaks, tighten fittings, replace fittings, valves, tubing, electrical wires, and components.
Service Technician will receive a Work Order/Service Request for work that needs to be completed.
Service Technician will communicate with Supervisor on time-frame for completing the Work Order/Service Request.
Service Technician will call Supervisor for instructions on completing the work while onsite.
Service Technician will complete all Work Orders/Service Request.
Service Technician will call Supervisor when s/he arrives onsite to complete the work.
Service Technician will ensure the system is fully operational and that there are no leaks when the Work Order/Service Request is complete.
Service Technician will communicate with the store personnel and relay information from the Company to the store personnel.
Service Technician will sign the water dispensing cabinet store Inspection Card posted on the side of the water dispensing cabinet. Note: This form must be signed every time you service the equipment.
Once onsite, the Service Technician will report and correct any additional conditions that impact the system functionality, equipment serviceability, appearance and/or customer dispensing experience.
If the Employee needs to purchase any materials (including parts and cleaning solutions), they must receive prior authorization from the Company. The Employee will be reimbursed for the cost of purchasing any material (store receipt must be submitted). The time spent driving to and from the store will be compensated at the Employee's applicable hourly rate of pay. The Employee will also receive mileage reimbursement.
Service Technician may have occasional emergency service calls during normal (or off) business hours.
The Company's goal is to have a Service Technician onsite within 24-48 hours or sooner for emergency calls.
Service Technician will taste the water.
Service Technician will call Supervisor before leaving the store location.
The Company has the sole and absolute discretion to assign other duties and projects to the Employee that are not specifically outlined in this Statement of Duties but which are generally consistent with the Employee's position as a Service Technician.

POSITION SUMMARY: Under the general supervision of the Maintenance Manager, the Maintenance Technician is responsible for performing a variety of tasks related to the maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of the hotel's physical plant and equipment. This role ensures that all systems and equipment function efficiently and that the property remains in optimal condition, meeting safety, sanitation, and cleanliness standards.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES: All duties and responsibilities of this position are to be performed with exceptional caring and genuine guest service upholding the Oxford Collection of hotels standards and culture at all times.
Safety & Preventative Maintenance (50%):
Conduct routine preventive maintenance for guest rooms, public areas, hotel equipment, and carpet care as scheduled under the direction of the Supervisor or Maintenance Manager
Flip mattresses and move furniture as assigned by the supervisor
Assist with preventative maintenance tasks such as replacing ceiling tiles, light bulbs, patching vinyl, and other basic repairs to maintain the hotel and keep the product quality standard
Refurbish furniture and fixtures within guest rooms, such as cabinets, tables, chairs, doors, windows, and counters. Paint and finish furniture and fixtures as needed
Provide general grounds keeping services such as trash removal, pool and spa maintenance, grounds upkeep, kitchen Equipment cleaning and service, and security rounds
Maintain organized work areas and equipment in alignment with sanitation and cleanliness standards whiling ensuring equipment operating logs are up to date
Be knowledgeable about and able to respond to emergency situations
Perform all tasks in compliance with federal, state, local, food safety and sanitation requirements and Oxford Collection of hotels safety standards and security procedures. Maintenance Repairs (30%):
Assist in maintaining and repair of the exterior and interior of the property
Using hand tools; painting or repairing windows, doors, floors, woodwork, plaster, drywall, or other parts of building structures
Trouble shoot and perform maintenance on hotel systems and equipment including plumbing systems and fixtures such as pipelines, toilets, sinks, kitchen, and laundry equipment
Troubleshoot and repair electrical systems, including air conditioning controls, television sets, and lighting systems, or make minor replacements as needed
Service the hotel's pool, including adjusting chemicals, cleaning filters, and maintaining record logs
Maintain the building exterior and "curb appeal" (e.g., snow removal, lawn care, painting, and gardening)
Stay in touch with the Front Desk, bistro and housekeeping departments regarding guest needs that arise during the shift
Assist property leadership in meeting and exceeding all company benchmarks for preventative maintenance, response time, customer satisfaction, etc.
Guest Relations (15%):
Engage with guests in a friendly, customer-focused manner, providing a high level of service to ensure their needs are met and expectations exceeded.

The Pacific West Region is recruiting for TEMPORARY seasonal positions not to exceed 1039 hours work in a service year. Dates of employment will vary depending on funding, weather conditions and visitation. Within regulatory limitations, the length of initial appointment may be shortened or extended depending on work availability and funding.
As a Maintenance Mechanic Leader, some of the duties you will perform will include, but not limited to:
* Provide daily direction to at least three workers to accomplish trades work on regular and recurring basis. Assist with project logistics, planning, and completion of reports, etc.
* Perform work on historic structures and ensure compliance processes are followed, while maintaining the historic fabric and integrity of the historic building and trails.
* Perform journeyman level carpentry, plumbing, electrical, painting, roofing, and masonry work and lead others in these trades.
* Provide guidance and assistance to other workers on procedures, policies, written instructions, and other directives.
* Operate cars and trucks and other equipment such as a Bobcat loader with attachments, front-end loaders, graders and dump trucks.
Physical Demands: Physical effort is heavy to moderate and requires occasional lifting or handling of objects or materials up to 50 pounds, unassisted, following proper lifting procedures to avoid injury. Frequently required to stand while working, climb ladders or scaffolding, and bend, stoop, climb, and work in awkward positions.
Working Conditions: Exposed to a variety of seasonal weather conditions while working outdoors (temperatures -40 to 90+ degrees). Subject to danger of falling from ladders or scaffolding. Perform all tasks in compliance with federal, state, local, food safety and sanitation requirements and Oxford Collection of hotels safety standards and security procedures. Be knowledgeable about and able to respond to emergency situations. Report any maintenance repairs needed immediately to their supervisor or General Manager.
Maintenance Repairs (30%):
Assist in maintaining and repair of the exterior and interior of the property
Using hand tools; painting or repairing windows, doors, floors, woodwork, plaster, drywall, or other parts of building structures
Trouble shoot and perform maintenance on hotel systems and equipment including plumbing systems and fixtures such as pipelines, toilets, sinks, kitchen, and laundry equipment
Troubleshoot and repair electrical systems, including air conditioning controls, television sets, and lighting systems, or make minor replacements as needed
Service the hotel's pool, including adjusting chemicals, cleaning filters, and maintaining record logs
Maintain the building exterior and "curb appeal" (e.g., snow removal, lawn care, painting, and gardening)
Stay in touch with the Front Desk, bistro and housekeeping departments regarding guest needs that arise during the shift
Assist property leadership in meeting and exceeding all company benchmarks for preventative maintenance, response time, customer satisfaction, etc.
Guest Relations (15%):
Engage with guests in a friendly, customer-focused manner, providing a high level of service to ensure their needs are met and expectations exceeded.
Address guest concerns promptly and professionally, assisting with issue resolution when needed.
Maintain integrity, confidentiality, and sensitivity when working with both internal and external guests
Other (5%):
Communicate effectively with all hotel staff to ensure the smooth delivery of services
Adhere to attendance policies and maintain regular availability for scheduled shifts
May participate in the drivers program or other hotel-related duties as assigned

* Maintain and repair all mechanical parts and machinery in a manufacturing facility

* Dismantle machinery and equipment, locate cause of malfunctioning or mechanical breakdown, replace parts from stock or fabricate replacement parts as needed
* Fabricate machine components for repairs and improvements of mechanical devices
* Effectively conduct and assess diagnostic tests to ensure optimum system functionality
* Assemble, install, and proactively maintain mechanical systems, machinery, and equipment for efficient operation
* Operate arc welder, cutting torch, hand tools, forklift, and welding truck
* Fabricate, weld, mill, and lathe as needed
* Perform general maintenance in a safe and efficient manner and maintain a clean work area
* Work may consist of various shifts and overtime including weekends and holidays during busy production times
Qualifications
* 2 years recent verifiable related work history or equivalent education
* Proficient in welding, cutting, and using hand tools for repairs
* Working knowledge of hydraulics, pumps, motors, gearboxes, conveyors, and bearings
* Ability to recognize, report, and repair mechanical defects
* Industrial mill maintenance experience is a plus
* Boom truck and crane operation experience preferred

Job Description
We are looking for a responsible Maintenance Technician/ Groundskeeper with a great attitude to join our team. This person will be responsible for the day-to-day maintenance operations, including cleaning of grounds, work orders and turning of units. Qualifications:
Education: High school diploma or equivalent required.
Experience: 1 or more years in a maintenance role, preferred. Additional technical training certifications are a plus.
Responsibilities:
Upkeep of common area grounds and offices on daily basis
Cleaning of laundry rooms, mailbox areas and ensure trash enclosures are clean and hazard free
Deliver resident notices as requested by Manager
Perform minor work order repairs
Perform make ready duties for vacant units, including painting and minor repairs
Walk the property and promptly report any violations or work needed to the Property Manager
Perform additional duties as required
Abilities:
Ability to handle various maintenance duties
Comprehend and communicate in the English language, both orally and in writing
Painting experience preferred
Ability to push/pull objects weighing more than 100 lbs. and lift and carry objects weighing more than 50 lbs., but not less than 100 lbs.
Interpret and understand maintenance work order information generated from software.
Effectively oversee work progress of vendors or outside contractors
Basic computer and problem-solving skills required
Be Available for After Hours On-Call Emergencies as needed

Schedule:
5-hour shifts, 4 days a week. The days of the week and the 5-hour block is flexible as long as it is during the workweek and daytime hours.
Compensation:
Pay range is $18-$20/hr. Starting pay is based on experience. This position is part-time and offers paid holidays and sick leave.
