Assist and support in investigations and process improvements. Prepare chemical solutions for processes, following standardized formulas. Perform duties as assigned by leadership. Qualifications and Education: High school diploma or equivalent; associate degree or certification in a mechanical or chemistry-related field preferred. Previous experience in a cannabis or manufacturing environment is a plus. Knowledge of chemical processes and equipment operation. Strong mechanical aptitude and ability to troubleshoot mechanical issues. Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills. Awareness of FDA, NFPA, and OSHA requirements. Ability to work in a team-oriented environment. Excellent communication and organizational skills. Essential Job Functions Ability to perform repetitive task for long periods of time Ability to lift and move heavy objects, and work in various environmental conditions. Must be willing to wear a variety of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) as needed. Must possess good hand-eye coordination; close attention to detail is required. Must be able to work indoors and outdoors with exposure to mechanical/moving parts, hazards including flammable liquids, gas, dust, dirt, pollen, odors, and irritants.
