**Job Description:**
+ Ensure and maintain a high level of sanitation, food safety, and safe working environment
+ Accurately sort out non-conforming product per customer specifications and as instructed by management
+ Accurately fill product containers per customer specifications and in such a way as to not compromise the quality of the product
+ During down times, will need to assist with rework or cleaning floors
+ Sort food grade and non-food grade into correct containers
+ Understand correct fill weights and adjust fill per instructs from management or weight check operator
+ Watch for quality issues in partially filled container and jar breaks
+ Ability to the use the pounding tool in a way that compacts the product without damaging the product or creating jar breaks

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

· When assigned, assist pan operator in cleaning of the evaporators.
Wage:
· Full Time - $27.07/hr + benefits/paid time off!
· Increase to minimum of $29.07/hr+ after 6 months!

Schedule:

WORKING ENVIRONMENT
Indoor working environment, hot in Summer, temperature controlled in Winter. Moving machinery, i.e. forklifts, moveable cards, etc. Uneven ground where cart tracks are identified. Air quality may be dusty and potentially require additional PPE in certain areas. Sound level below 85 decibels except in areas specified as requiring hearing protection.

· Possess ambulatory capabilities to move freely about the mill, ascend and descend ladders, and tolerate temperature extremes
· Ability and willingness to work beyond normal Mon-Fri schedule as necessary to fulfill position responsibilities, being on-call as needed and providing weekend, holiday, and evening coverage on a rotating basis
REQUIRED COMPETENCIES:

· Strong communication skills both written and oral clearly communicating procedures, trials, and process changes
