In this role, you will be responsible for the assembly of electric motors and/or slew drives, ensuring the accuracy and quality of the finished products. You will work on an assembly line, operating machinery, assembling components, and conducting inspections to ensure our motors meet quality standards. Your contribution will directly impact our production timelines and product quality. Key Responsibilities: Assembly of Electric Motors: Perform various tasks in the assembly of electric motors, including rotor/stator assembly, winding, bearing installation, housing assembly, and final motor assembly. Follow detailed work instructions and technical drawings to assemble components correctly and efficiently. Ensure parts are correctly placed and aligned during the assembly process. Assembly of Slew Drives Perform various tasks in the assembly of slew drive gearboxes, including gears, bearing installation, housing, and torque tube assembly. Equipment Operation: Operate assembly line equipment, machinery, and tools such as winding machines, presses, and testers to complete the assembly process. Perform routine maintenance on machinery and report any malfunctions or issues to the supervisor.
