Job Description

Coordinate the packing of devices in Medline ReNewal shipping containers (employing proper techniques to ensure safe shipment of product)
Arrange for shipment of collection containers in a timely manner
Update the Medline ReNewal Collection Container Locations sheet to provide an accurate record of where all containers have been placed throughout the facility
Provide support to in-service sessions as directed by the assigned Account Manager
Make regular rounds throughout the facility; initially to introduce self and Medline ReNewal, and eventually to help answer questions and share any staff concerns with the assigned Account Manager
100% local travel throughout Las Vegas area

Qualified Candidates:
Have a minimum of 600 hours of skincare education Esthetics License
Satisfies all licensing requirements to perform services in Nevada.
Have a passion for helping others look and feel their best
Are eager for growth and desire to build on their skincare mastery
+5 Years Esthetician Experience required.
Must work a minimum of 5 days a week includes weekends an high traffic holidays

Day-to-Day:
Perform quality, professional skin care services that meet clients' needs
Communicate with clients to identify their needs and set clear expectations
Use expertise, along with our protocols and modalities, to craft customized facial and body treatments
Recommend follow-up visits, services and a home regimen to help clients pursue their skin care goals
Manage all operational aspects including driving memberships, promoting retail sales, guiding the team, managing deposits, overseeing inventory, ensuring compliance with all laws, etc.
Strive for continuous growth by setting goals, prioritizing work and analyzing business performance
Effectively resolve customer challenges while maintaining a safe and therapeutic environment
Empower team members to improve and grow by setting clear expectations, providing ongoing training, and reviewing performance regularly
Develop positive relationships and build confidence with employees, members, and guests
