Monitor set up sheet on all computers (in PLEX) to indicate what kind of containers are needed, what type/kind of steel is needed and where steel is required
Utilize PLEX to check and verify inventory of raw material, packaging materials and totes
Create check lists for Auto Maintenance with issues
Navigate Plex to determine tool location within the die racks (some have 2 numbers)
Hours: 1st shift, 5-6am to 1:30-3:30pm, Monday - Friday, with some mandatory Saturday's. OT available

Essential Functions and Responsibilities:
Load and unload trucks, including vans and flatbeds, using forklifts and overhead cranes.
Conduct a visual check of incoming material to verify accuracy against paperwork and inspect for quality issues such as rust, gouges, or other defects.
Email receiving paperwork to Order Management for entry into Plex.
Correctly tag material and log information into the receiving system.
Manage outdoor bays by transporting and organizing material and bins, maintaining a safe and efficient outdoor storage layout.
Consolidate and relocate materials to maximize space and improve workflow.
Prepare shipments by identifying the correct material and bins, scanning into Plex, and verifying order quantities.
Ensure accuracy and efficiency to allow shippers to be loaded and dispatched quickly.
Load material onto saw tables by staging bundles, moving them into position, and place material onto the correct saw.
Remove completed FG (finished goods) bins from saws, relocate them to the proper storage area, and replace them with empty bins.
Organize FG bins to maintain smooth coordination between production and shipping; communicate with saw operators to ensure finished goods and raw bundles are accessible when needed.
Assist in the saw shop with cleanup, collecting bar ends and trim cuts, and monitoring saw operations when the operator must step away.
Operate advanced Plex functions including bundle splitting, purchase order lookups, pick lists, and managing dispatch schedules.
Operate forklifts and overhead cranes safely, including advanced functions such as stacking bundles and moving material from outdoor storage.

SUMMARY
Assures proper control of the parts inventory and related administrative functions.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES include the following.
* Report stock discrepancies to manager daily.
* Inspect shipments at loading and unloading for damage and quantity daily. Stock all parts in correct bin and/or location and in saleable conditions daily.
* Check in all UPS/Gm/gm parts in a timely fashion daily.
* Package and ship return to vendors in a timely fashion.
* Write up core returns, damage claims (659 claim), shortage(PC31), and overage(PC31) claims daily.
* Assign new parts to bins that don't have assigned locations daily.
* Control all special and emergency orders by tagging and notify appropriate person daily.
* Maintain bins, racks, and other equipment and notify management of needed repairs daily.
* Maintain accurate UPS/FedEx shipping records daily.
* Secure building at close daily.
* Count all parts that are delivered from UPS/FedEx and verify, count, and sign for them daily.
* When checking in GM parts delivery in the morning, the following procedure is to be done daily.
1. Verify that the part number on the parts tag matches the part number on the box.
2. Verify the quantity of parts received matches the quantity of parts on the packing slip.
* Assist parts drivers in loading and unloading parts to and from the parts trucks for deliveries daily.
* Responsible for all loading and unloading of items requiring the use of the fork truck.
* Stocks and posts incoming orders.
* Notifies appropriate parties when special order parts arrive.
* Returns parts as needed and removes from inventory after credit is received.

Loading and unloading of trucks. Movement of materials within the warehouse and shipping dock areas to and from pallets, bins, racks and shelves. Picking, packing and shipping of sales orders and work orders. The movement of material is done manually or by the use of a material moving device. On time delivery of materials to assembly cells.Responsibilities:
Adhere to Terex safety policies and procedures
Able to read a packing list to pick and pack parts
Able to receive and inspect inbound materials from internal and external suppliers
Able to stock and retrieve materials
Able to load and unload trucks
Able to deliver materials, parts, and supplies to manufacturing
Maintains the inventory and distribution areas in safe and clean condition
Performs other related duties as directed that correspond to the overall function of this position
Comply with Corporate, Plant and Departmental policies and procedures
Basic Qualifications:
High school diploma or GED
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience using MS Office
Experience in warehouse environment preferred
Able to learn to use an overhead crane and forklift
Ability to match materials, parts, and supplies to work orders and pick lists
Problem solving skills
Knowledge of the usage of common tools
Salary: $16.00 per hour
