Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Responsibility includes but not limited to:

* Maintain an inventory control and management system, including work order closing

The Material Handler's primary responsibility is to provide support for the mill's production activities as well as loading and unloading the mill's raw materials and finished products using powered industrial trucks. This position status is non-exempt and works a 12-hour rotating shift schedule. This role starts at $23.14 an hour with an opportunity to move to $26.00 an hour after 9 months once training is completed.

The role of the Unloader is to perform necessary functions in order to efficiently, safely, and correctly Unload the product from the Smokehouse. Starting Wage is $21.50 per hour. Handling finished product, placing it continuously in trays or assembly lines to be shipped to our customers.
Making pallets by stacking boxes onto pallets, preparing the pallet with cardboard wrapping, manually shrink wrapping, and pulling/pushing pallets with manual pallet jack.

Position Summary:
The Warehouse Lead plays a critical role in overseeing daily warehouse operations, ensuring efficiency, accuracy, and safety. Issue materials to workorders or cost centers as defined on material reservation or picklist.
