Move large paperboard rolls (1-1.5 tons) with a clamp truck to storage areas or to presses for consumption. Load and/or unload paperboard rolls from trucks and/or railcars. Read hot sheets, Bill of Lading BOL or receive oral instructions to determine work assignments or material or equipment needs. Install protective devices, such as bracing, padding, or strapping, to prevent shifting or damage to items being transported to the customer. Perform inventory cycle counts. Perform Safe Quality Food (SQF) cleaning as required. Maintain storage areas to ensure that inventory is easily accounted for. Use RF gun to ensure proper product placement and track inventory. Other duties as assigned. Specific Safety Responsibilities Report any unsafe conditions that are encountered. Report any injury or near miss to Team Leader immediately. Do not perform a duty that appears to be unsafe without consulting a Team Leader. Recognize hazards of the job and learn how to avoid them. Follow BJAs and SOPs. Observe all Safety Rules.
