Coordinating customs, brokers and clearance for overseas incoming and outgoing shipments. Receive raw material shipments and accurately input received quantities into the ERP. Be instrumental in implementing new tracking and inventory systems with operations and production teams. Shrink wrapping, labeling and recording pallets and wallpaper orders. Inspect all outgoing orders for damage or other quality control issues. Track inventory related to shipping and general floor organization, submit replenishment numbers for ordering on a weekly basis. Track weekly shipping targets and proactively communicate regarding deadlines, issues with orders and other flags. Achieve proficiency across all other dept. functions and sub in as needed. Dispose of trash and recyclable materials. Assist in other operational functions as needed.
