Shift: 7AM - 7PM and 7PM - 7AM On a 2-2-3 schedule TEXT TO APPLY PTVE @ 97211 Material Handler Lead I Summary: Safely and effectively lead shift materials team to ensure product flow is effectively distributed throughout the plant and local Distribution Centers. Essential Duties and Responsibilities: * Responsible for directing the work assignments of a team of lift truck operators and carrier drivers * Drives a culture of safe work practices * Drive team oriented environment * Execute standard work to ensure production materials are replenished to ensure continuous operations * Effectively communicate daily priorities (daily meetings, one on one engagements, Tier Meetings, etc.) * Coordinate/collaborate warehouse operations with all departments. * Perform daily audits (Safety, warehouse, forklifts, line inventories, etc.) * Provide supervisory support, as needed * Provide forklift training for new hires and re-certifications as needed. * Support the Inventory Team as needed. * Supports the receipt of railcar/bulk truck material. * Performs other tasks as directed.
