Keep work areas clean, organized, and in compliance with safety and 5S standards. Communicate with paint line operators, supervisors, and team members to maintain flow and identify issues. Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent (GED) required. 1+ year experience in a manufacturing or industrial setting preferred. Basic understanding of paint line or powder coating operations is a plus. Ability to lift 50+ lbs and stand for extended periods. Comfortable working in hot or loud environments with PPE. This position is responsible for off-loading, put-away, picking, staging, and inventory management of equipment and parts, while also serving as a backup driver to deliver products to customer and company locations. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong attention to detail, safety awareness, and excellent customer service skills.
