Responsibilities: * Loads, unloads, and transfers material to designated areas in accordance with training procedures. * Labels and stocks material in warehouse utilizing equipment (i.e., scan guns, forklifts, or pickers) - lifting and carrying material may be required. * Inspects material for deficiencies or breakages prior to shipment or warehouse storage. * Records all material discrepancies utilizing appropriate procedures. * Completes inventory preparation for warehouse stock. * Pulls material from the shelf in accordance with ticket requirements (use of forklift of picker required). * Respools and fills customer order in accordance with ticket and completes appropriate paperwork/checklists. * Organizes and prepares material for shipments as needed. * Follows ticket instructions and shipping standards in accordance with procedures. * Ensures all material is packaged adequately to prevent freight damage. * Always maintains a neat and orderly workplace - includes moving pallets, straightening inventory, sweeping, and removing/disposing of debris. * Follows safety procedures in accordance with approved training and reports any dangerous conditions to management immediately. * Support WireMasters Core Values; Service, Gratitude, Excellence, Quality, Integrity, Family. Requirements: * High School Diploma or equivalent. * Strong written, technical, and oral communication skills. * Basic Math Aptitude. * Organization, planning, and time management. * Reading Skills. * Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
