* Safely operate equipment, including tractors and golf carts
* Perform light mechanical work (e.g., oil changes, battery swaps)

* Prepare ethanol for transfer through heating, sparging, and sampling
* Follow all OSHA, FRA, and EPA safety procedures and reporting standards

COMPENSATION DETAILS:

ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES:
Retrieve rolling racks from receiving login and other related work stations
Pre-sort through packages on rolling racks and align packages to be placed in the inventory area
Properly put away packages into inventory by utilizing a hand-held scanning device
Effectively locate packages and scan packages throughout departments
Organize racks from previous shift and keep racks neatly organized with labels facing out
Flexes regularly within all functions of the Package Distribution Department for ultimate team success
Place empty racks in proper locations with correct labels and materials
Sweep and remove any debris from the work area
Maintain a safe and clean work environment by following all procedures, rules, and regulations
Assure safety standards are being utilized, and complies with all company, local, state, and federal guidelines
Attend all Compliance Training Classes and abide by Compliance Policy and Procedure

REQUIREMENTS:

What Will You Do?
The Parts Warehouse Receiver will be responsible for maintaining inventory accuracy through meticulous and timely processing for daily parts receipts, RGAs, vendor claims, and return transfers from other warehouse locations. As well as maintaining an organized and picking efficient inventory.

Responsible for the daily receipt and processing of parts deliveries via small package, LTL and Wesco trucks
Responsible for the daily receipt and processing of returns from customers and will work closely with the customer service team to ensure that all RGAs are being handled quickly and accurately
Responsible for receipt and processing of all inbound stock transfers from other Wesco Turf locations
Responsible for maintaining an accurate and organized RGA shelf for returned items pending vendor claims or location assignment
Responsible for maintaining and locating special customer ordered product as well as newly stocked product (NOLO)
Responsible for prompt put-away and location assignment of all received product
Responsible for weekly processing of vendor claims
Responsible for scrapping inventory as directed
Responsible for keeping organized and detailed files for all RGAs, vendor claims and stock transfers
Responsible for inspection of all returned parts to ensure that they are in new and sellable condition which may require working with our service department
Responsible for assisting in the Toro weekly stock order receipt and put-away
Responsible for maintaining bin location availability using NO OH NO OO reports
Responsible for maintaining supplies inventories i.e. boxes, labels, bags, etc.
Responsible for assisting with pulling, packing and shipping when needed

The Shipper supports functions of the shipping department to ensure smooth and timely operations of outgoing products. This position works closely with management and the workers in the warehouse as well as customer service personnel. Duties may vary to include all or some of the following job responsibilities.
Duties/Responsibilities:
Assist in coordinating, organizing and loading outgoing shipments to maintain daily schedule.
Communicates consistently with applicable individuals/departments to monitor shipment status, and ensure priorities are known and carried out to satisfy Customer orders.
Operates a forklift to stage and load shipments.
Responsible for handling shipping documentation, including accurate log keeping of daily moves, scanning inventory, and counting accurately.
Assists in the preparation of invoices and lists of items as needed.
Provides customer service and serves in an administrative capacity when needed.
Assists in special and scheduled physical inventories.
Promote self-improvement in assigned tasks and always maintains a clean and safe work environment by sweeping, cleaning, and removing trash.
