Essential Duties:

Your role at Clorox:
Performs material and inventory movements in support of all manufacturing activities. Material movements include receipts, put away, picking, yielding, loading/unloading trucks, and restacking cartons on pallets, cycle counting, and other special assignments. In this role, you will:

Immediately report any material shortages, discrepancies, or anomalies to the Shift Lead/Department Manager.
Count and process shop order material returns.
Count and yield production receipts.
Perform daily cycle counts as needed.
Accurately perform and complete all necessary documentation and system transactions in an accurate and timely fashion.
Works closely with WCO pillar team to identify needs and address opportunities
Adhere to all Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) guidelines
Perform any other related duties as requested by Materials Management Shift Leads and Managers.
Be proactive in cleaning and good housekeeping in the warehouse facility when appropriate.

Coordinate receipt, storage, and distribution of materials, tools, equipment, and products within assigned area. Prepare and assemble orders, move materials and items from receiving or production areas to storage or to other areas.
Manage sorting and placement of materials or items on racks, shelves, pallets or in bins according to predetermined sequence such as size, type, style, color, product code and related characteristics; tend to be more more complex or in multiple cells or operations and fully trained.
Potential opportunity to serve as a lead operator in less complex, smaller teams or standard operations. Assist with training and providing basic work instructions to new hires or transfers.
Complete or verify appropriate forms, documents, labels and other information to ensure the accuracy of inventory, monitor and track material and successful receiving and/or delivery of goods; involves knowledge of several operations or varied goods and services.
Identify potential operational or service concerns, notify appropriate co-workers and assist with resolving. Monitor various warehouse maintenance tasks, including sweeping floors, cleaning docks, proper storage of equipment, basic preventative maintenance and related tasks.

Position Summary
Receives, stores, and distributes materials, tools, equipment, and products within facility by performing the following duties. Receiving, Shipping, Picking, Kitting, and cycle counting utilizing KBI's WMS (Warehouse Management System). Perform daily cleaning activities in assigned areas.
Position Responsibilities
Count and safeguard all material entering the warehouse and prepare necessary documentation and enter all receipts to the computerized inventory system
Maintain shelf life and lot controls for North Carolina Warehouse and Stockrooms, keeping accurate inventory levels and performing periodic physical counts.
Picking and kitting GMP raw materials and components for use Kanban, GMP Production and Non-GMP requirement per appropriate SOP's and GMP documentation. Timely and accurate inventory transactions to capture transfer/consumption of materials
Safely load/ unload truck for transport of materials to and from company facilities
Conduct work in accordance with KBI Values and escalate issue to Management as required
Responsible for completing paperwork for each task, maintain a clean and orderly warehouse, rigorously apply Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) for documentation. Strictly adherence to safety and compliance requirements as related to personal protection requirements and safeguard against injury to him/herself and all adjacent personnel
Position Requirements
High School degree with experience in warehouse shipping, receiving, and computerized inventory control.
Should be knowledgeable in multiple facets of warehousing, including receiving, housekeeping, and computerized inventory control
Should possess knowledge of chemicals, use of MSDS sheets in a high volume manufacturing operation and DOT requirements regarding the transportation of hazardous materials
Salary Range: $21.64-$30.15 per hour
Salary range provided per current averages and expectations. The salary and job title for this opening will be based on the selected candidate's qualifications and experience and may be outside this range. What Warehouse Operations contributes to Cardinal Health
Warehouse Operations is responsible for performing/controlling a combination of manual or automated tasks necessary for the receipt, storage, and shipment of product. This may include functions of receiving, picking, packing, shipping, staging, transporting, storage, delivery, etc. Also responsible for the efficient flow of products from the point of product receipt from vendors to the shipment of products (via prescribed service parameters) to a variety of internal and external customers.
Responsibilities:
* Picking medical supplies for customers' orders
* Packing and staging product for shipment
* Pulling products from overstock to replenish inventory utilizing equipment
* Loading trucks
Qualifications:
* High School Diploma/GED preferred
* Previous equipment experience is preferred
* Ability to bend, reach, stoop, lift and stand for entire shift
* Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
* Comfortable working with heights 20-30 ft regularly
* Strong communication skills
* 1-2 year's experience preferred
* Proficient in Microsoft office preferred
* Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
