Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Utilize computer systems and software to track and record inventory movements, including receipts, transfers, and shipments
Maintain accurate inventory records and databases, ensuring data integrity and compliance with established procedures
Perform data entry tasks to update inventory systems with receipt and shipment information in a timely manner
Coordinate with production, purchasing, and shipping departments to ensure the availability of materials and components needed for manufacturing operations
Monitor inventory levels and alert management of any discrepancies, shortages, or overages
Assist in the loading and unloading of materials, supplies, and finished products using forklifts, pallet jacks, or other equipment as necessary
Inspect incoming materials for damage, discrepancies, or quality issues and report any issues to the appropriate personnel
Organize and maintain storage areas, ensuring materials are properly labeled, stored, and accessible
Follow safety guidelines and procedures to ensure a safe working environment for yourself and others
Participate in periodic inventory counts and audits to reconcile physical inventory with system records
Provide support for special projects, including material handling, inventory control, and data analysis as needed
Qualifications:
Required:
High school diploma or equivalent
Must possess a valid certification for operating a standup forklift or successfully complete company provided training with the designated timeframe
Minimum 1 year of experience working as a materialhandler in a similar role within a manufacturing environment
Ability to lift and carry objects weighing 50 pounds
Proficiency in computer skills, including data entry and familiarity with inventory management software or systems
Ability to operate material handling equipment such as forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks safely and efficiently
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record keeping

Job Summary
The Tooling Receiver I will be responsible for accurately shipping and receiving materials to and from the warehouse. Maintain housekeeping of warehouse to meet safety standards and follow all safety guidelines

Prepare tooling shipments based on Bill of Lading (BOL), tooling systems, and communication with managers

Coordinate with management and higher-level Tooling Receivers to stage kits for inspection and move kits and large Conex boxes when complete, where applicable

Must be able to utilize tooling systems to accurately reflect kit status and supporting data
Prepare standalone extras for shipment, as needed
Quality Assurance (QA)/Quality Control (QC) kits before shipment, as needed
Organize and clear materials from forklift path and other common areas, including outside of facility
Labeling and loading of all Express shipments
Follow standard maintenance protocol to ensure compliance is always met
Complete required, annual safety training
Ability to manage multiple priorities/tasks simultaneously and work well under pressure, in a fast-paced environment

Summary
The MaterialHandler is responsible for processing package/material receipts, ensuring accurate physical inventory, and preparing materials/packages for shipment. Position Overview
We are seeking a MaterialHandler to join our team. The MaterialHandler is responsible for receiving, organizing, delivering, and tracking materials, equipment, and tools. Maintains inventory records, operating equipment, and clean and organized work environment.
Key Responsibilities

Pay Rate: Day Shift $18.00 per hour
Shifts: Monday through Thursday, 5am until finished
A2Z Workforce Solutions is actively seeking bilingual (English/Spanish) lumpers for a large, busy tire warehouse in Phoenix. This is a physical role with mandatory overtime opportunities. Punctuality and reliability are must-haves for this position.
In this role, you will:
Load and unload tires manually
Unload 1,000 tires manually daily, within a certain time frame
Order picking / order selecting
Attendance and punctuality are VITAL
Contribute to safety culture, obey all safety policies and operating procedures
Ability to repetitively lift- up to 80 pounds
Work on feet for extended periods of time
Requirements
Must be authorized to work in the U.S.A
Must pass a background check (not felon friendly)
Must pass a 10 panel drug screen
Must be able to lift, pivot, turn & move up to 80-pound tires throughout your shift
Must be able to report to your shift on time and work the entire shift
Must have steel toed boots or steel toed shoes
Must be able to work flexible shifts (overtime is mandatory when necessary)
Must be bilingual
Must be able to be at work each day you are schedule and be on time

Role Overview
The Warehouse Driver provides excellent customer service and support in the warehouse by delivering products and materials to customers in an efficient, exact, prompt, and cost-effective manner.
Responsibilities
Operate company owned vehicles for the delivery, pickup and relocation of company products and materials.
Operate a Moffett or Piggy-Back forklift.
Obey traffic laws and follow established traffic and transportation procedures.
Ability to follow written, verbal or GPS directions.
Inspect and maintain vehicle supplies and equipment, such as gas, oil, water, tires, lights, or brakes, to ensure that vehicles are in proper working condition.
Report any mechanical problems encountered with vehicles.
Load and unload trucks, vans, or automobiles.
Verify the contents of inventory loads against shipping papers.
Maintain records, such as vehicle logs, records of cargo, or billing statements, per regulations.
Report delays, accidents, or other traffic and transportation situations to dispatch via telephone.
Able to work independently with minimal supervision.
Check delivery tickets for accuracy and thoroughness.
Effectively communicate both verbally and in writing with other company employees, vendors, and clients.
Perform warehouse duties when not delivering, such as loading, unloading, picking material, general maintenance, etc.
Performs additional duties as required and assigned.
Requirements
High School Diploma or GED.
3+ years of commercial delivery driver experience.
Computer literate; Proficient with MS Office 365.
Ability to effectively communicate [written and verbal].
Thrives in a collaborative in a team environment.
Detailed oriented work style comfortable with multiple priorities being juggled while maintaining a consistent work approach.
Physical requirements: sitting, standing, walking, lift to 50 lbs., carrying, reaching, pushing, and pulling, enduring frequent exposure to outside weather conditions.
Ability to pass a background check, MVR check, and drug test.
