This Position:
This position is responsible to act as the group leader for responsible area(s) of one or more of the following key warehouse functional teams: Order/Conveyor Processing Team, Outbound Dock Team, and/or Manufacturing Support Team.
Key Responsibilities:
To provide support, guidance, and leadership within the Order Processing Team to maintain consistent level of internal support and assure accurate, safe and efficient fulfillment of all sales order requests.
To provide support, guidance, and leadership within the Outbound Dock Team to maintain consistent level of internal support to assure accurate, safe and efficient shipment of all outbound shipments to Wholesale and Retail customers.
To provide support, guidance, and leadership within the Manufacturing Support Team to maintain consistent level of internal support to assure accurate, safe and efficient fulfillment of all manufacturing requests.
To assure that all policies and procedures are upheld to assure an accurate, safe and efficient operation within the warehouse environment.
Compensation:
Starting Hourly Range: $23 - $24 per hour (With employee driven increases through learning and development opportunities).
Eligible for rate increases after 1 year through skills and job leveling program.
Shift Differential for off shifts

Putting away materials in the warehouse using established product guidelines.
Using hand barcode scanners to record all incoming and outgoing materials in the inventory system.
Performing daily computer work using ERP or SAP systems on an assigned laptop.
Working in both sitting and standing positions at your designated workstation.
What You'll Bring
The ideal candidate for this role will have:
High school diploma or GED
At least 2 years of proven warehouse experience
Strong computer skills, including Outlook, Excel, Word, and experience with SAP or an equivalent ERP system
Ability to lift up to 45 lbs, bend, stand, and move throughout the warehouse
Strong attention to detail and ability to follow written and verbal instructions
A positive attitude, team-oriented mindset, and strong communication skills
Ability to work independently and multitask in a busy environment
Reliable transportation - attendance is essential

Coordinates shipment identifying the most efficient and cost-effective rates to meet contract delivery requirements.
Loads and unloads deliveries by hand or using material handling equipment, moving materials throughout the assigned facility as needed.
Researches and resolves material shipping issues including invoicing.
