Document all moves utilizing the Material Handling barcode scan guns. 3. Ensure Production has enough materials in work centers to be able to print Handling Unit tags. Research any reports of insufficient materials utilizing IFS. Contact the Receiving Coordinator, Inventory Coordinator, Materials Shift Coordinator or Receiving Supervisor if further assistance is needed. 4. Monitor the radio for production requests. Respond promptly and professionally to requests. 5. Place WIP items in proper warehouse location. Ensure tridecka totes are nested properly. Place WIP items stored in the Receiving warehouse in PRDRET. 6. Replenish raw material stocks as necessary. 7. Must maintain 99% accuracy on all material moves. 8. Assist with removing finished goods from production area, wrapping skids and moving material to shipping transition area. Ensure Handling Unit labels are applied to the front and back of the skid on the outside of the shrink wrap. 9. Remove excess and unused materials from production area and return to the PRDRET location. Include handling unit (if known) or the production work center where the material was being used. 10. Notify Materials Shift Coordinator, Receiving Coordinator and/or Receiving Supervisor when available inventory will not completely support scheduled production. 11. Continually gain thorough knowledge of all Bell products, their related packaging, marking requirements and proper packaging procedures. 12.
