Document meetings discussions, decisions and future steps ensuring alignment on expectations with internal partner teams and outside vendors. -Promptly and accurately communicate project status, risk analysis and risk mitigation plans. Effectively answer project questions in detail, and regularly produce clear and concise summaries for the projects to leadership/management team. -Competently articulate system and/or equipment designs, including layouts, technical specifications and functional capabilities, to internal customers and partner teams. -Efficiently manage change order controls, purchase orders, and invoice validation/approvals. -Excel at building strong working relationships with internal and external stakeholders across multiple projects -Identify and lead process improvement initiatives that improve the Engineering and cross-teams' efficiencies, optimizing the teams' value and delivery. A day in the life You are managing quality of implementation through multiple projects that can vary in scope, complexity and duration. Build and maintain relationships with development crews at customer sites. * Help on product quality complaint description and quality report explanation from tech. point of view. * Technically drive marketing activities, including seminar/exhibition/conference, collect market feedback and give suggestions to Product Line on NPD. * Manage lab facilities like DPD system/Loadpull system etc. Qualifications: * Bachelor/master's degree in electronic engineering with the focus on RF. * 5+ years experiences in RF design or applications, experience in high power amplifier is preferred. * Expert in RF laboratory equipment and measurement techniques. * Expert on the design of high-power RF circuits for Power Amplifier applications. * Highly knowledgeable on modelling techniques for non-linear systems, familiar with simulation tool like ADS/Microwave office/Momentum. * Highly knowledgeable on the physics of device operation. * Good understanding of RF circuit techniques for performance enhancements such as digital pre-distortion and Doherty. * Excellent problem-solving skills. * Have a proactive, implementation-focused approach. * Excellent verbal, written and presentation skills. Position Summary The Mechanical Designer will work as a key contributor on our Engineering team to develop and maintain manufacturing drawings, equipment layouts, assemblies, and installation details for our poultry chiller systems and associated equipment. This role is both office and field oriented. The candidate will spend most of their time developing 3D mechanical models and drawings, while also participating in site visits for field measurements, equipment documentation, and occasional 3D LiDAR scanning. This is a strong role for someone who enjoys hands-on, real-world engineering and the technical details required to build and install equipment that works right the first time. Key Responsibilities Create and maintain 3D models and 2D fabrication drawings using Autodesk Inventor (Similar experience, e.g. SolidWorks, is acceptable with willingness to transition). Develop complete mechanical drawing packages including assemblies, detailed part prints, weldment drawings, and bill of materials (BOMs). Work directly with shop personnel (welders, fabricators, machinists) to verify manufacturability, ease of fabrication, and clarity of documentation.
