YOUR DAY-DAY WILL INCLUDE:
Work under the supervision of a senior engineer/project manager and with designers and technicians to produce plans, specifications, reports, and permit submittals in support of mechanical, plumbing and fire protection design projects as part of a multi-discipline project team to produce mechanical, plumbing and fire protection design/construction drawings and specifications for institutional, commercial and industrial facilities.

Overall Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and innovative Mechanical Designer, to join our engineering team. In this role, you will transform concepts and specifications into accurate models, drawings, and technical documentation that supports product development and manufacturing. Conduct preliminary GD&T stackups and analysis for components and assemblies to ensure proper assembly & manufacturing

General Description The Construction Internship at Northeast Paving. provides relevant field experience for construction management students. Our internship program provides a realistic view of what it's like to work in road construction through meaningful, hands-on experiences. From coordinating subcontractors and suppliers to surveying and setting control lines, our interns assume a wide variety of responsibilities during their time with Northeast Paving.
Key Duties
* Support the project management team with subcontractor and supplier coordination, material tracking, file management, document control (submittals, RFIs and change orders) and progress reporting.
