You'll be responsible for designing and supporting our outdoor and sports lighting products. We're on the lookout for forward-thinking innovators with a passion for sustainability. What you'll do * Prototype and build Proof-of-Concepts * Test and evaluate lighting fixtures and various critical electrical/mechanical components * Write ECNs (Engineering Change Notice) to document changes to products * Support post-sales technical issues and resolve quality issues related to components or manufacturing; troubleshoot field related technical issues * Write executive summaries to communicate issues and resolutions to management * Coordinate with manufacturing and implement factory tests What you'll need * Currently in pursuit of a Bachelors' or Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering * Demonstrate basic mechanical design approaches and capabilities * Have basic knowledge of various material and their structural and thermal properties * Be able to multitask Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without current or future company sponsorship needs.
