This position is great for an engineering technician who loves the craft beverage industry and who is excellent at drafting in 3D. You'll help draft 3D models for the design and engineering of our projects and product offerings, which include all production equipment used in craft beverage production plants, such as milling equipment, brewhouses, cellar tanks, heating sources (low\-pressure steam boilers, forced\-air burners, and electric heaters), glycol chillers, and packaging equipment. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: * Assist with day-to-day functions in the shop, which could include mechanical assembly, electrical, fabrication, machining, maintenance, and rubber molding. * Shadow and assist Project Engineers on daily activities. * Gain real world experience in heavy equipment fabrication processes. * Follow equipment workflow from Engineering through Final Assembly and delivery. * Become familiar with computer assisted engineering and design software and equipment to perform engineering and design tasks.
