Acts as a technical resource for assigned issues and works closely with the ANM technical teams to resolve problems. Works closely with the Management, Account Managers, and Client Service Managers to ensure ANM is delivering world-class support to our clients. Clearly and consistently communicates with client IT departments and ANM technical teams about the status and progress on issues. Generates & implements clear and consistent documentation of client environments. Performs analysis and diagnosis of system problems. Provides first and second-level technical support for numerous technologies to ANM clients. Interacts directly with clients via phone and ticketing systems. Applies analytical skills and technical knowledge to solve technical problems of medium to high complexity. Uses knowledge of technology, products, and services to troubleshoot and maintain a wide variety of IT solutions of all sizes. Interacts and works directly with multiple advanced engineering groups and vendors to escalate technical issues and drive incidents to resolution, often collaborating between more than one group at a time. Interacts with telecommunication, hardware, and software vendors and operates on the customers' behalf to drive the resolution of issues while providing regular progress updates to any incident stakeholders. Participates in special projects as assigned. Participates in On-call rotation and M.A.C.D. Invests time in continued education to learn new technologies. Required education, technical skills, and/or experience: Strong client service skills. Good verbal and written communication skills, strong work ethic, and a positive attitude. Strong desire to learn and grow in a dynamic, fast-paced, and collaborative work environment. Preferred education, technical skills, and/or experience: CCNA or MCSA is highly desired, or a combination of certifications, education, and work experience. Some combination of experience with the following technologies: Cisco Route/Switch, Microsoft Windows Server, Cisco Collaboration Solutions, Virtualization, and Storage. Location: This job is performed primarily at the ANM office at 4001 Jefferson Plaza NE in Albuquerque. TRAVEL: Travel is required for this position. Must have reliable transportation, a valid driver's license, and motor vehicle insurance. Most work will be done remotely, but on-site readiness and on-site response are required.
