Knowledge, Education, and Skills Required: Bachelor of Science (BS) Degree and minimum of 1 years of experience in a regulated industry / laboratory setting, OR Associates in Applied Science (AAS) accompanied by at least 2 years of experience in a regulated industry / laboratory setting, OR A High School Diploma or equivalent experience along with a minimum of 6 years working within a regulated industry or laboratory environment. Knowledge and Skills: Proficient communication skills (written/verbal). Understands Design Control with respect to Ver/Val testing. Well organized. Ability to work in a team. Good understanding of math. Detailed oriented. Ability to collect, record and report data accurately. Developing technical writing skills. Developing root cause analysis techniques. Familiar with standards and regulations (ISO, FDA, OSHA, ASTM). Can operate and troubleshoot mechanical test equipment in the lab.
