May assist in laying out material for publication. - Arrange for typing, duplication, and distribution of material. May write speeches, articles, and public or employee relations releases. - Explain highly technical data and information in simplistic grade school language for end users of complex military systems and projects. - Able to use a variety of word processing, spreadsheet, graphics and scheduling tools. - Gather and convert data into a written narrative. - Other duties as assigned.
