Properly inputs all required patient information into the system including protocol, patient history, referring providers, and any additional information to the radiologist regarding the procedure. Able to burn CDs per patient request. 3. Logs all injections with the amount, date, time, route, and response to injection. Reviews lab results for patients including BUN and creatnine and calculates GFR as needed. Discusses BUN, creatnine, and GFR abnormalities with the radiologist to determine if contrast is indicated. 4. Properly identifies patients and demonstrates compassion while maintaining patient confidentiality. Assumes responsibility for patient care, safety, and comfort. 5.
