ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Ability to present a tour narrative as well as accurately answer questions on the history and production of Middle West Spirits products. Continuing the story of the brand by conducting educational and entertaining tastings. Deliver excellent customer service that ensures ongoing sales and high levels of customer satisfaction. Ability to use the point-of-sale cash register system and handle sales transactions including cash and card transactions. Other duties and responsibilities as assigned.
