HEALTH SERVICES ADMINISTRATOR POSITION SUMMARY The Health Services Administrator (HSA) is the chief administrative manager of the on-site health services department. The HSA is accountable for the delivery of contract services and ensuring that VitalCore Health Strategies is in compliance with all aspects of the client contract. The HSA is responsible for recruiting and hiring all personnel and accountable for interviewing and selecting contractual staff. In addition to managing the site budget, the HSA constructs and supervises an annual operational plan. The HSA is responsible for developing and maintaining positive, professional, and collaborative relationships with clients (administrator/warden, supervisor, etc.) and ensuring customer satisfaction.
HEALTH SERVICES ADMINISTRATOR MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
Bachelor's degree in healthcare administration/related field.
Licensed Registered Nurse.
Minimum of two (2) years of management experience in a healthcare setting necessary.
Subject to initial and ongoing security clearance.
Correctional healthcare experience preferred.
HEALTH SERVICES ADMINISTRATOR ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
Manages the healthcare delivery system and coordinates with other functions within the facility.
Manages the budget and financial performance of the site. Submits timely and accurate reports to supervisor and/or
corporate office.
Develops and/or supervises the facility operational plan.
Directs the activities of the assigned staff.
Actively recruits new staff.
Arranges interview process for potential staff including necessary collateral colleagues (i.e., Director of Nursing) and
departments.
Interfaces with VitalCore Human Resources for the hiring and terminating of all site staff. Manages labor ensuring the
site is staffed according to contractual commitments and supervises staff scheduling.
Coordinates and participates in the interviewing and selection of Independent Contractors.
Ensures orientation of new VitalCore personnel by conducting or coordinating all initial new hire and annual orientation
and training activities.
Ensures site utilization and compliance with all VitalCore and applicable client systems and applications.
Coordinates the Medical Audit Committee and facilitates the monthly meetings.
Ensures compliance with ACA and/or NCCHC standards and VitalCore clinical services and administrative policies and
procedures.
Coordinates with Hospital Administrators and other external providers on the delivery of services at hospitals or
other external health services locations outside the facility. When appropriate, negotiates third party contracts for
the facility.
Adheres to and enforces all safety and security policies and procedures and participates in and ensures compliance with
applicable safety/emergency drills.
Follows and enforces all security regulations, including but not limited to keys, sharps, and controlled medications.
Ensures annual performance evaluations are conducted and completed with all personnel, including peer reviews.

Must possess a very clean background and be able to pass all DOT tests.
You will be hauling building materials aluminum pipe and coils, ingots and steel. Coil experience not necessary, we will train you at orientation.
Orientation begins on Monday. You will get dispatched out on Thursday. We pay for all your meals and travel expenses. You can take a plane, rental car or your own car and we will reimburse you .70 cpm for your gas.
We pay 27% of the load. Drivers enjoy an average of $1500-$1700 per week and up.

Provide professional loss control services to Tokio Marine Clients and Tokio Marine Management, Inc.
Multiline service to cover Workers Compensation, Automobile, General Liability, Non-HPR property, Ocean Marine, and Inland Marine coverage lines.
Coordinates and conducts loss control surveys to determine and verify client operations, evaluate exposure related to insurance coverage provided, determine safety management controls in place to eliminate and reduce exposure, and develop recommendations where controls may need improvement. The evaluation process includes physical surveys and development of loss analysis information. In the end, to assist the client in their efforts to control exposure and minimize loss.
Coordinates and conducts loss control to develop information to be used by Underwriting in their evaluation of risk and insurability.
Provide loss control technical support to Tokio Marine Clients and Tokio Marine Departments such as Underwriting, Claim and Coordination.
Essential Job Functions:
Conducts multiline loss control surveys of prospects and clients to evaluate operation, exposure, and control information to be used by Underwriting in their decision-making process to write insurance business.
Provides and coordinates loss control service to clients requiring a minimum of annual service. This includes the development, implementation and maintenance of a loss control service plan and schedule per Department performance requirements.
Prepares reports for external clients (Insured and Producer “Confirmation Letter”)) and internal clients (Underwriting and Coordination “Internal Confidential Report”)) adhering to Department performance requirements. Documentation to include but is not limited to the following key areas:
1. Complete Casualty Loss Control Department internal report forms and client confirmation letters.
2. Loss Control services provided
3. Comprehensive description of operations
4. Existing and potential loss exposures
5. Verifiable loss exposure controls currently in effect
6. Accident review and analysis discussion
7. Recommendations for loss controls needed to eliminate or control loss exposures and agreement to implement the same
