We are looking for a Clinical Lab Associate who will be responsible for Accessioning samples into our Laboratory Information Management System. Duties and Responsibilities: * Responsible for package receipt, unpacking, and specimen intake. * Responsible for initial sample quality and requirement review. * Responsible for order creation/entry, modifying existing orders, and specimen accessioning. * Responsible for scanning, uploading, and storing patient documents. * Build and maintain effective relationships with other laboratory employees and the customer success team. Preferred Qualifications: * High School Diploma or equivalent required. * Bachelor's degree in biology or related field preferred. * Computer proficiency and strong data entry skills with knowledge of standard software, office equipment, and technology. * Highly organized and systematic, superb attention to detail, and ability to complete tasks with a high degree of accuracy. * Shows initiative and ability to work as part of a high-level team while working independently on mission-critical tasks. * Proven ability to follow complex directions, learn new skills quickly and adapt to new processes smoothly. * Ability to lift up to 20 lbs We are an equal opportunity employer. Qualifications: * Bachelor's or Master's degree in Genetics, Molecular Genetics, Cancer Biology, or Biological Sciences. * Willingness to work flexible hours and adapt to business needs. * Strong written and verbal communication skills. * Proficient in critical thinking, interpersonal, and problem-solving abilities. * Ability to manage complex tasks efficiently under time constraints. * Highly detail-oriented with a commitment to accuracy and consistency. * Self-motivated and able to thrive independently as well as within a collaborative, high-performing team. * Demonstrated passion for making an impact in a fast-paced, mission-driven environment. CHI: $46,000-$50,000 The expected salary range above is applicable if the role is performed from Illinois and may vary for other locations (California, Colorado, New York). Actual salary may vary based on qualifications and experience.
