Candidate must have troubleshooting skills (hardware/software) and Windows workstation and peripheral knowledge. Previous airline experience is preferred. Candidate must have excellent verbal and written skills. Must possess the technical expertise to apply relevant technical processes to appropriate business needs.

Required Skills & Qualifications
* Formal training or certification or work experience(s) on network infrastructure and IT systems
* Strong hands-on experience with the Fortinet suite (FortiGate, FortiManager, FortiAnalyzer, FortiAP, FortiSwitch, etc.)
* Proficiency in configuring and managing Fortinet SD-WAN solutions
* Understanding of Firewalls, VPNs, and intrusion detection/prevention systems using Fortinet solutions
* Knowledge of networking protocols (e.g., BGP, OSPF, SD-WAN,IPv6, VLANs).
* Experience designing, deploying, and managing enterprise networks.
* Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
* Ability to work independently
Preferred Qualifications
* Fortinet Certifications
* Familiarity with Zero Trust Network Access (ZTNA) and SASE frameworks
* Experience in large enterprise environment(s)
* Experience in the Design/Build sector
