We are currently looking for a ASE Master Tech - Techline Support Specialist 1 to join our team in Smyrna, TN. The role of the Techline Support Specialist replies to TECH LINE cases via email or phone, and/or responds to Chat line from dealership service technicians and provides them with technical information on the diagnosis and repair of customer vehicles. Collects and documents technical information on new vehicle incidents requiring repairs; prepares reports regarding such incidents for further investigation by engineering staff.
A Day in the Life:
* Provides help desk technical assistance and direction to dealership service technicians regarding vehicle maintenance, service or repair.
* Provides support consistent with brand values, profitability and cost reduction goals.
* Documents all cases with required information; searches database for similar and related matches; updates existing reports and closes out completed reports.
* Analyzes decisions from the customer's viewpoint and recommends actions with the customer needs and values in mind.
* Provides feedback from dealership technicians regarding countermeasure procedures to various Nissan North America departments.
* Teams with people from other organizations, independent of borders (functions, regions and affiliates) to complete reporting requirements.
* As necessary, performs other related duties of which the above are representative.
* Ability to perform work onsite at Field Quality Center - Smyrna, TN.
Who We're Looking for:
Required:
* Education:

Three or more years of automotive experience, plus one or more years of directly related professional level experience.
* Job Knowledge and Skill:
Thorough knowledge of the maintenance and repair of Nissan and Infiniti vehicles; well-versed in use of technical service manuals and tools. Good interpersonal and communications skills.
* Computer Skills:
Knowledge of word processor, spreadsheet, other PC applications, etc. to output routine products with similar, non-creative formats. Typing speed of 30wpm or better.

CORE FUNCTIONS
· Prepare and ensure timely completion of audit notifications, audit summaries, Quality Action requests, etc.
· Differentiate between critical and non-critical dimensions and specifications on technical specifications.
· Assist with inventory reconciliation including product identification and weight counting.
· Knowledge of all production processes and their associated standards.
· Perform in-process and end-of-the-line product audits and document findings in the database.
· Communicate with Quality Manager and line supervision when there are findings to determine levels of risk.
· Perform internal QMS Audits and Process Audits to determine system compliance to ISO9001 / IATF16949.
· Perform process layered, product and/or dispatch audits - document and report results.

Education and Experience
· High school diploma or general education degree required.
· Associate degree in related field or 3-5 years manufacturing experience preferred.
· 2 years IATF experience, QA, Lean, and ISO experience preferred.

Job Title: Cash Application Specialist
FLSA: Non- Exempt
Job Overview:
The Cash Application Specialist will operate with the highest degree of honesty, integrity, and accuracy in a fast-paced, deadline driven, team-oriented environment. This position supports the Supervisor and the Accounts Receivable Department to provide financial, clerical and administrative services to ensure efficient, timely and accurate processing of payment on accounts under his or her control.
Job Responsibilities:
High volume of daily processing of cash deposit batches and postings to dealer/agent accounts, including payments made by check, EFT payments, and branch deposits.
Generate and apply credit/debit memos.
Partner with A/R team and Operations to troubleshoot and resolve payment variances.
Work with Dealer/Agent to obtain remittance documentation.
Ensure all transactions comply with financial policies and procedures.
Maintain daily cash posting/reconciliation schedules and accurate accounting/audit records and balance back to deposit totals.
Run reports for unapplied cash resolutions.
Identify and solve problems timely and accurately; ability to think beyond immediate consequences.
Research and correct/apply all transactions relating to unapplied cash, with continuous follow-up until payment is fully applied.
Apply independent judgement with follow-up to dealers/agents and business partners to determine direction.
Batch and scan contracts to be keyed and apply funds to the contracting system.
Provide support for other duties and projects as assigned.
Support team members by establishing effective interpersonal relationships, and cross functional partnering
Meet and understand department productivity, quality standards, and product knowledge
Communicate effectively with customers, advocate customer needs and initiate resolution
Job Requirements:
Intermediate level proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
Knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics, Great Plains, and Microsoft 365 is a plus
Excellent written and verbal communication skills are a must
Good interpersonal and communication skills
Strong background in mathematics
Strong eye for detail
Good organizational skills and ability to work independently
The skills to handle stress, negotiate, and solve problems.
High school diploma or general education degree (GED); plus, six months to 1-year related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience
Customer Service skills: Ability to effectively communicate with customers as well as internal personnel.
Ability to write routine reports and correspondence
The ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions and procedure manuals
Ability to calculate figures, perform basic math functions such as discounts, interest, and percentages
