We are currently looking for a ASE Master Tech - Techline Support Specialist 1 to join our team in Smyrna, TN. The role of the Techline Support Specialist replies to TECH LINE cases via email or phone, and/or responds to Chat line from dealership service technicians and provides them with technical information on the diagnosis and repair of customer vehicles. Collects and documents technical information on new vehicle incidents requiring repairs; prepares reports regarding such incidents for further investigation by engineering staff.
A Day in the Life:
* Provides help desk technical assistance and direction to dealership service technicians regarding vehicle maintenance, service or repair.
* Provides support consistent with brand values, profitability and cost reduction goals.
* Documents all cases with required information; searches database for similar and related matches; updates existing reports and closes out completed reports.

Summary of Role:
The PDC Processor is responsible for accurately selecting products from the warehouse, packing them securely, and preparing them for shipment. Summary of Role:
MMNA is seeking a District Parts & Service Manager to join our South Region Aftersales team. As a DPSM, you will be responsible for communicating, implementing, and assisting dealer parts and service departments through programs, policies, and procedures which develop and maintain a well-managed, profitable parts and service department, while developing a long-term professional relationship with dealers in the assigned district.

Regularly contact dealerships and communicate, implement, and administer Parts and Service Department programs, policies, and procedures with dealers including attainment of objectives and adherence to the dealer agreement
Monitor and advise regional management of dealers' adherence to policies and procedures in such areas of Parts Sales, Parts Inventory Control, Service Training, Warranty Administration, Consumer Relations, Customer Satisfaction, etc.
Provide recommendations for operational improvements to Dealer and dealership managers which maximize and increase customer satisfaction, operational effectiveness, market penetration, and dealer parts and service profitability.
Provide guidance and training to dealership personnel in Inventory Control, Service Training, Warranty Administration, Consumer Relations, etc.
Provide automotive technical guidance/recommendations to dealership service personnel.

Required Qualifications:
5+ years of professional exempt level automotive retail/wholesale experience including 3+ years as a District Parts/Service Manager.
Prior automotive retail sales experience such as Service Representative, Service/Parts Manager, etc.
Prior automotive wholesale experience in positions such as Warranty Auditor, Customer Service, etc.
ASE certification in four or more areas.
Must maintain a valid unconditional driver's license and an approved driving record.
Pay Transparency:
The base salary for this position ranges between $90,000 to $100,000. Job Overview
Support the DM Vehicle Operations in supporting/managing the VPC's from Home Office. Being the central point for reporting KPI metrics and the financial analysis of the VPC's and all costs related to the running of them. In addition, to support the DM Vehicle Operations manager in regard to financial - operational tasks required by the VPC's with Home Office. Key stakeholder in the GVL&C budget planning, forecasting and tracking process.
Responsibilities
* Responsible for the collating, storing and interpretation of all relevant data related to managing the three VPC's. Data to covers areas such as performance / efficiency as well as financial data relating to costs/ financial impact for MBUSA.
* All of the data tracking Source / Collate data and create all VPC monthly reports to create the following monthly reports.
* VPC KPI's
* VPC KPI Metrics for GM & DM
* Financial Tracking of budgets and outstanding invoices.
* Ensure KPI metric reporting data is robust and correct by working with finance and controlling data sets to match VD&L's requirements.
* Be the back-up for creating the annual OP budget plan (G&A & OH) in conjunction with the GM & DM.
* Manage capital budget & facilities plans to include detailed planning meetings with all stakeholders.
* Manage and track all SLA's and chargeback invoices to DAG and affiliates in relation to VPC projects
* Support the VPC coordinators with payment/ invoice queries.
* Report bi-weekly on accessory inventory development @ VPC's.
* Manage process to review monthly orders of accessories with internal MBUSA accessory department as well as the VPC parts staff.
* Support the DM with data and analysis for the VPC strategy project.
* Support the VOISv & SWT project and work with operational and development teams on reporting and other business /Home office requirements from the systems.
* Manage & Maintain integration of SWT TOPS and Netstar with DAG's global ordering system in conjunction with MBUSA IT & DAG
* Maintain vGVL&C data warehouse with IT to ensure accurate and complete departmental information needs are met.
