The batcher is required to process feed efficiently and safely, while meeting exceptional quality standards. The position responsibilities include plant start up's and shutdowns, working with all processes involved in feed production, housekeeping, internal and external customer service, load monitoring, general maintenance and facility upkeep, all while casting the vision of Mercer Landmark's mission, goals and values. Responsibilities: Daily start up and/or shutdown of the plant. Batch feed in a safe, efficient, and quality manner, while following operational procedures.
